Die genauen Mengenangaben findest du wie immer weiter unten in der Rezeptkarte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blumenkohl&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brokkoli&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knoblauch&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingwer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kichererbsen&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currypulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomaten&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokosmilch&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst hier auch ein paar Substitutionen vornehmen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-blumenkohl-und-brokkoli\">Blumenkohl und Brokkoli&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keinen Blumenkohl und keinen Brokkoli verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch gerne zu anderem Gem\u00fcse zu greifen, zum Beispiel Champignons, Paprika, Zucchini.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kichererbsen\">Kichererbsen&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Kichererbsen kannst du auch zum Beispiel gr\u00fcne Bohnen oder andere Bohnen verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-currypulver\">Currypulver<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich verwende f\u00fcr dieses gerne eine gelbe Currymischung. Du kannst auch eine andere Currymischung verwenden. Hier wird sich vermutlich der Geschmack \u00e4ndern.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tomaten\">Tomaten&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle der Tomaten kannst du auch Paprika verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kokosmilch\">Kokosmilch&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keine Kokosmilch verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch zu einer Cashewcreme greifen. Dabei mixe 50 g Cashews mit 100 ml Wasser zu einer Creme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei diesem veganen gelben Curry handelt es sich bereits um ein glutenfreies, sojafreies, \u00f6lfreies Rezept.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nussfrei\">Nussfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du das Curry nussfrei herstellen m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich dir anstelle der Kokosmilch oder der Cashewcreme auf Sonnenblumencreme zur\u00fcckzugreifen. Gebe nun die Kichererbsen, gehackter Ingwer und gelbes Currypulver hinzu und r\u00f6ste alles kurz an.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe nun den Blumenkohl, Broccoli hinzu und r\u00f6ste auch das Gem\u00fcse kurz an.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt gebe die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die Kokosmilch dazu und lasse es auf mittlerer bis schwacher Hitze k\u00f6cheln bis der Brokkoli und der Blumenkohl bissfest sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei lege den Deckel auf den Topf, so wird es schneller gar. Nach ca. 10-15 Minuten steche mit nem Messer in das Gem\u00fcse und schaue, ob es weich ist.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn dir das Curry nicht scharf genug ist, gebe noch etwas mehr Currypulver hinzu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du hast Reste von dem Curry? Kein Problem. Du kannst Reste super aufbewahren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie kalt stellen?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im K\u00fchlschrank h\u00e4lt sich das curry ca. 5 Tage. Dazu gebe das Curry in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie einfrieren?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst das Curry auch portionsweise einfrieren. So hast du immer etwas zur Hand. Was es toll als meal Prep macht. Einfach \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"serviermoeglichkeiten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Servierm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du hast verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten was du zu deinem veganen gelben Curry essen kannst. Ich mache meist nicht so scharf, da meine Kinder es sonst nicht essen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du es cremiger m\u00f6chtest, gebe etwas mehr Kokosmilch dazu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst auch den Blumenkohl und den Brokkoli im Backofen r\u00f6sten.
