Zum Beispiel erfordert Risotto besondere Aufmerksamkeit hinsichtlich Form und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, damit es jedes Mal perfekt gelingt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Milchreis auch! Deshalb empfehle ich dir, deine Reisk\u00f6rner sorgf\u00e4ltig auszuw\u00e4hlen: Stelle sicher, dass sie rund und lang k\u00f6rnig sind (ohne zu klebrig zu sein), bevor du damit kochst - dies stellt sicher, dass viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit aufgenommen werden kann, was den Milchreis so cremig und puddingartig macht; \u00dcberlege au\u00dferdem, ob der Reis bereits nur f\u00fcr Milchreiszwecke bestimmt ist oder nicht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Gesch\u00e4ft findest du in der Regel Reis, der bereits auf dem Etikett f\u00fcr Milchreis stehen hat, was die Auswahl der richtigen Reissorte um einiges vereinfacht. Allerdings bevorzuge ich eine relativ fettreiche Sorte wie Vollfett-Kokosmilch, Cashewmilch oder Mandelmilch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt viele tolle milchfreie Milchoptionen. Und das ist das Sch\u00f6ne daran, pflanzenbasiert zu sein, du hast so viele erstaunliche Optionen zur Auswahl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer den Kokosgeschmack im Milchreis jedoch nicht m\u00f6chte, kann hier auch auf eine andere Nussmilch zur\u00fcckgreifen, z. Mandelmilch oder Cashewmilch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reismilch empfehle ich hier nicht, da sie eher d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssig ist. Wenn du allergisch auf N\u00fcsse bist, kannst du auch den veganen Milchreis mit Hafermilch oder Sojamilch probieren. Du kannst sogar getrocknete Fr\u00fcchte wie goldene Rosinen hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit anderem Obstkompott, statt der hei\u00dfen Kirschen servieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite die Erdbeersauce von meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-new-york-kaesekuchen\/\">veganen New York K\u00e4sekuchen Rezept<\/a> zu und serviere sie mit dem Milchreis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Milchreis mit Ingwer, Kurkuma und Vanille w\u00fcrzen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie w\u00e4re es mit Wintergew\u00fcrzen wie Sternanis, Zimt, Piment, Nelke, Muskatnuss. Den Reis etwa 25 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen und ab und zu umr\u00fchren, damit er nicht am Boden anbrennt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heisse-kirschen\">Hei\u00dfe Kirschen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Kirschsauce die Kirschen und die restlichen Zutaten in einen zweiten Topf geben und kr\u00e4ftig umr\u00fchren. Die St\u00e4rke sollte aufgel\u00f6st werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erhitze jetzt die Kirschen und lasse sie kochen, bis sie andicken. Vom Herd nehmen und etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du gefrorene Kirschen verwendest, lasse diese vorher auftauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Milchreis mit der Kirschsauce in einer Sch\u00fcssel oder in Gl\u00e4sern servieren. Streue dein Lieblings-Topping dar\u00fcber!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du Reste hast, kannst du diese einfach aufbewahren. Du kannst auch den K\u00fchl- oder Gefrierschrank benutzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kuhlschrank\">K\u00fchlschrank<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe den Milchreis in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter und stelle ihn f\u00fcr etwa 3 Tage in den K\u00fchlschrank. Es kann sein, dass der Milchreis etwas eindickt und etwas dicker wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aufwarmen\">Aufw\u00e4rmen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den Milchreis kalt oder warm essen. Wenn du es warm essen m\u00f6chtest, kannst du es einfach f\u00fcr ca. 1 Minute in der Mikrowelle oder in einem Topf auf dem Herd aufw\u00e4rmen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daf\u00fcr immer wieder umr\u00fchren, damit der vegane Milchreis beim Aufw\u00e4rmen nicht anbrennt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"einfrieren\">Einfrieren<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der klassische Milchreis ist nicht ideal zum Einfrieren. Wegen der Milch, die beim Auftauen gerinnen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei unserer veganen Variante verzichten wir auf Milchprodukte, daher kannst du sie sogar sehr gut einfrieren. Einfach den Milchreis portionsweise in Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcllen und einfrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"auftauen-und-erwarmen\">Auftauen und Erw\u00e4rmen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den Milchreis einfach im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen. Oder du kannst es in einem Topf auf dem Herd erhitzen. Wenn es ganz schnell gehen soll, kannst du auch die Mikrowelle nutzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"tipps-und-tricks\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Tipps und Tricks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn es schnell gehen soll, koche die Milch auf und lasse den Ofen den Rest erledigen. Den Reis in die kochende Milch geben und bei ca. 125 \u00b0C f\u00fcr ca. 30 Minuten. 1-2 mal umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du willst, dass es noch schneller geht? Dann den Milchreis im Schnellkochtopf kochen. Alles au\u00dfer dem Reis im Topf kochen. Den Reis hinzugeben und kr\u00e4ftig umr\u00fchren. Schlie\u00dfe nun den Instant-Topf und stelle ihn auf die niedrigste Stufe. Lasse es etwa 10 Minuten kochen. Lasse den Dampf ab und schmecke Milchreis ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hast du den Milchreis verbrannt? Bitte nicht umr\u00fchren und den Boden abkratzen. Das verteilt nur den verbrannten Geschmack. Am besten gibst du den Milchreis einfach in einen zweiten Topf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dein Milchreis ist zu fest? Das ist mir auch schon passiert, r\u00fchre einfach noch etwas Milch ein, bis du die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz hast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Pudding soll super cremig werden. Statt Schlagsahne etwas Kokoscreme oder Cashewcreme nehmen und unter den abgek\u00fchlten Milchreis r\u00fchren.
