Es gibt viele leckere Gerichte und viele sind schnell zubereitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei diesem roten Linsen Dahl essen wir dazu ger\u00f6steten Blumenkohl weil wir super gerne Gem\u00fcse zu Komfortgerichten essen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses vegane Dal Rezept ist einfach so klasse, weil du es in 30 Minuten auf deinem Tisch stehen hast, was es einfach zu einem tollen Weeknight Dinner macht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei diesem Masoor Rezept brauchst du keine aus gew\u00f6hnlichen Zutaten. Es sit einfach mit simplen vollwertigen Zutaten hergestellt. Und ein gro\u00dfer Pluspunkt meine Kinder lieben es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachdem ich die Fotos bereits geschossen hatte, ist mir erst eingefallen, dass der Blumenkohl noch im Ofen liegt. Ups! Dabei schmeckt es so lecker mit dem ger\u00f6steten Blumenkohl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"was-ist-dahl\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Was ist Dahl?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal, auch mitunter geschrieben Dahl oder Daal ist ein Gericht aus der indischen als auch pakistanischen K\u00fcche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Gericht wird in der Regel aus H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte wie Kichererbsen Linsen, Bohnen oder Erbsen hergestellt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die lange Kochzeit zerkochen die H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte zu einem Brei der dann gut gew\u00fcrzt wird. Wenn du keine Linsen verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kann ich mit vorstellen das gelbe Sch\u00e4lerbsen hier gut schmecken k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier verl\u00e4ngert sich dann allerdings die Kochzeit auf 1 Stunde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tomaten\">Tomaten&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keine Tomaten verwenden m\u00f6chtest. Kannst du auch rote Paprika verwenden. Oder du verwendest etwas Tomatenmark anstelle von frischen Tomaten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-blumenkohl\">Blumenkohl&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Blumenkohl wird als Beilage serviert. Den kannst du auch komplett weglassen wenn du m\u00f6chtest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zitrone\">Zitrone&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zitrone verleiht dem Gericht eine besondere Note. Schaue dir doch das Video f\u00fcr eine Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt Anleitung an.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer beschichteten tiefen Pfanne, die gew\u00fcrfelten Zwiebel, gehackter Knoblauch glasig and\u00fcnsten. Gegebenenfalls immer wieder 1-2 EL Wasser hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chili, Ingwer, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Garam Masala, Senfsamen hinzugeben und ganz kurz anr\u00f6sten. Linsen und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzugeben und aufkochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf mittlerer Hitze f\u00fcr ca. 15 min k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomaten in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und 10 min vor Garzeitende dazugeben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petersilie unter die Linsen heben und mit Salz und Zitronensaft und Kokosmilch abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Linsen auf vier Tellern anrichten und den Blumenkohl dazugeben. Wer m\u00f6chte kann Reis dazu servieren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-blumenkohl-1\">Blumenkohl&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit den Blumenkohl putzen und in R\u00f6schen teilen. Blumenkohl mit etwas Wasser f\u00fcr 5 min goldbraun anbraten und mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-instant-pot\">Instant pot&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Linsen Dahl kannst du prima im instant pot herstellen. Dazu alles and\u00fcnsten wie in der Anleitung und dann unter Druck kochen f\u00fcr ca. 7-10 Minuten.
