Du kannst auch bereits geriebenen Kohl verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel in einer beschichteten Pfanne mit wenig Wasser bei mittlerer Hitze anschwitzen. Den geschnittenen Wirsing dazugeben und kurz mitd\u00fcnsten und mit Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasse die Kohlmischung etwa 10 Minuten kochen. Die Cashewkerne mit dem Wasser im Hochleistungsmixer mischen und p\u00fcrieren, bis es cremig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Zitrone, Salz, Pfeffer, Sahnesauce und gehackte Petersilie zum Kohl geben. Lasse es ein paar Sekunden kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer nach eigenem Geschmack w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Du kannst den Wirsing statt in \u00d6l auch in etwas Wasser oder Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche anschwitzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f8f8f8\">Machst du diesen milchfreien cremigen Wirsing, sehe dir meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganes-sloppy-joes\/\">hausgemachten Krautsalat mit Sloppy Joes<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegan-rotkrautsalat\/\">den klassischen veganen Krautsalat mit Rotkohl<\/a>, die <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-rotkohlsuppe\/\">vegane Rotkohlsuppe<\/a>, den <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-wintergemuese-eintopf\/\">veganen Kohleintopf<\/a> und die <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/sauerkrautsuppe-vegan\/\">Sauerkrautsuppe<\/a> an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kohl<\/strong>: Ich verwende gerne Wirsingkohl, aber wenn ich keinen Wirsingkohl finde, nehme ich gerne Gr\u00fcnkohl, Chinakohl, Rotkohl, Rosenkohl. So ziemlich jeder Kohl wird funktionieren, um diesen zarten Rahmwirsing zu machen.<\/li><li><strong>Zwiebel:<\/strong> Ich verwende normalerweise gelbe Zwiebeln, aber du kannst auch rote Zwiebeln oder Schalotten verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Wenn du keinen frischen Knoblauch hast, kannst du auch etwas Knoblauchpulver verwenden. Oder gebrauchsfertig gehackter Knoblauch.<\/li><li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/strong>: Ich liebe den Geschmack, den die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche diesem Kohlgericht verleiht. Du kannst auch Wasser verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Cashews<\/strong>: Mit den Cashews bekommen wir eine super cremige Kohlbeilage. Wenn du etwas anderes verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch wei\u00dfe Bohnen oder Sonnenblumenkerne, K\u00fcrbiskerne probieren. Oder eine Mischung aus beidem. Du kannst auch Kokosmilch verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Wei\u00dfer Pfeffer:<\/strong> Ich habe immer wei\u00dfen Pfeffer zu Hause, er hat einen milderen Geschmack als schwarzer Pfeffer. Du kannst f\u00fcr dieses gesunde Gericht auch schwarzen Pfeffer verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Cashewn\u00fcsse:<\/strong> Anstelle von Cashewn\u00fcssen kannst du auch Tahinisauce oder andere N\u00fcsse\/ Samen wie K\u00fcrbiskerne, Sonnenblumenkerne verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Zitrone<\/strong>: Anstelle von Zitronensaft kannst du auch Limettensaft verwenden. Verwende einfach, was du zur Hand hast.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variation\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><br>Variation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sauerkraut-Art<\/strong>: Anstelle von fermentiertem Kohl kannst du ihn auch wie Sauerkraut w\u00fcrzen, etwas K\u00fcmmel, Apfelessig und Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li><strong>Asiatische Art:<\/strong> Sojasauce, Ingwer, Reisessig, Chilipulver und ger\u00f6stete Sesamsamen verleihen einen sch\u00f6nen asiatischen Geschmack. Du kanst es mit gebratenem Tofu und Nudeln servieren.<\/li><li><strong>Kohlcurry<\/strong>: Gebe etwas Currypulver zu deinem sautierten Kohl hinzu, um ein Rezept f\u00fcr Rahmwirsing mit Currygeschmack zu erhalten.
