Die Streusel werden ohne \u00d6l, Butter oder dergleichen hergestellt und schmecken genauso gut wenn nicht sogar besser als das Original.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese gesunde vegane, und wfpb Version wird mit Nussmus, Vollkornmehl und Zuckeralternative wie Ahornsirup zubereitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein einfaches aber dennoch besonderes Rezept, welches perfekt als Brunch, Nachtisch und zu Kaffee und Kuchen passt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite diesen veganer Brombeerstreusel mit einer Mohnf\u00fcllung im Handumdrehen zu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier m\u00f6chte ich dir nicht nur aufzeigen, wie du das Rezept backst, sondern auch noch Alternativm\u00f6glichkeiten die du eventuell aufgrund von&nbsp; Unvertr\u00e4glichkeiten ersetzen kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt schauen wir uns mal die Herstellung des veganen Streuselkuchens mit Brombeeren und Mohn an. Sowie m\u00f6gliche Ersatzprodukte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor wir weiter ins Detail gehen, m\u00f6chte ich dir eine kurze \u00dcbersicht geben, welche Zutaten in diesem leckeren Kuchen enthalten sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die genaue Mengenangabe findest du weiter unten in der Rezeptkarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Teig:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mandelmus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker (oder anderes S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dinkelmehl oder glutenfreie Mehlmischung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mandelmehl (gemahlene Mandeln)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mandelmilch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mohnf\u00fcllung<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mandelmilch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abrieb einer Zitrone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mohn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hartweizengrie\u00df<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zitronensaft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speisest\u00e4rke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Belag<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Brombeeren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Streusel<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Haselnuss oder Mandeln gemahlen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dinkelmehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mandelmus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zimt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mandelmilch-Ersatz<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du hast eine andere vegane Milch zu Hause, z.B Hafermilch, Sojamilch? Dann kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch auf diese Milchalternative zur\u00fcckgreifen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich verwende meist Mandelmilch, da diese geschmacksneutral ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zuckeralternative<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du nicht auf eine Zuckeralternative zur\u00fcckgreifen m\u00f6chtest und du lieber auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise s\u00fc\u00dfen m\u00f6chtest, dann kannst du dir ziemlich schnell Dattelp\u00fcree als Zuckerersatz herstellen. Hier kannst du es dann 1:1 ersetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>glutenfreie Alternative<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst diesen Kuchen auch in glutenfrei zubereiten, dazu einfach anstelle von Dinkelmehl eine glutenfreie Mehlmischung verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du k\u00f6nntest auch mal probieren, es mit Hafermehl zu ersetzen. Hier nat\u00fcrlich nur, wenn dir der Hafergeschmack in Kuchen nichts ausmacht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um die Mohnf\u00fcllung glutenfrei zu machen, kannst du anstelle von Grie\u00df zum Beispiel Polenta verwenden. Polenta wird aus Mais hergestellt und somit glutenfrei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mandelmus- Ersatz<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hast du vielleicht ein anderes Nussmus zu Hause und m\u00f6chtest dieses verwenden? Dann kannst auch z.B. Mandelmus oder jedes andere Mus verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du es nussfrei herstellen m\u00f6chtest, dann kannst du auch getrost auf Tahini oder auch Sonnenblumenkernemus zur\u00fcckgreifen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mandelmehl- Ersatz<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du Mandeln nicht verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch gerne auf gemahlene Samen zur\u00fcckgreifen, die einen hohen Fettanteil haben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z.B. Sonnenblumenkerne oder auch K\u00fcrbiskerne eignen sich sehr gut daf\u00fcr. Dazu mahlst du die Samen einfach in einem Hochleistungsmixer zu einem feinen Mehl.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solltest du&nbsp; weitere Fragen bez\u00fcglich der Zutaten oder auch Herstellung haben. Dann freue ich mich in den Kommentaren unten von dir zu lesen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die vegane Version eines Streuselkuchens zuzubereiten ist nicht viel anders als die Traditionelle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Butter nehmen wir f\u00fcr den M\u00fcrbeteig Nussmus oder Samenmus. Des Weiteren nehmen wir Vollkornmehl z.B. Dinkel oder Weizen. Und es wird zu einem leckeren M\u00fcrbeteig verarbeitet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Mohnf\u00fcllung bereiten wir einen Grie\u00dfbrei zu, und f\u00fcgen diesem Mohn hinzu. Die Brombeeren werden ganz einfach auf dem Kuchen verteilt, was den veganen Streuselkuchen so sch\u00f6n saftig macht.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Streusel bereiten wir aus Dinkelmehl und gemahlenen N\u00fcssen zu, die du w\u00e4hrend der Zubereitung am liebsten roh naschen m\u00f6chtest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was ich auch durchaus mache, das geh\u00f6rt einfach zum Backen dazu oder nicht?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-brombeer-mohn-streuselkuchen\/?tp_image_id=4267\" data-pin-description=\"Veganer Streuselkuchen mit Brombeeren und Mohn! Ich nehme am liebsten einen Kuchenbeh\u00e4lter und stelle diesen in den K\u00fchlschrank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Einfrieren<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich spricht gegen das Einfrieren des Streuselkuchens nicht. Leider habe ich es selbst noch nicht ausprobiert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allerdings k\u00f6nnte der Grie\u00dfpudding etwas w\u00e4ssrig werden. Ich w\u00fcrde den Boden und die Streusel separat einfrieren. So hast du schnell einen Streuselkuchen mit Brombeeren frisch zubereitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du musst dann nur noch die Mohn-Grie\u00df-F\u00fcllung vorbereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>K\u00fchlschrank<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier gebe ich ein eindeutiges ja. So h\u00e4lt sich der Kuchen einige Tage. Achte nur darauf, dass er verschossen aufbewahrt wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z.B.
