Du kannst den Spinat vorher fein hacken oder bereits gehackten Spinat kaufen. Zum Zerkleinern verwende ich gerne meine K\u00fcchenmaschine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Cashewkerne mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche in einem Hochleistungsmixer p\u00fcrieren. Das machst du so lange, bis du eine cremige Konsistenz bekommst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Cashewcreme zum Spinat geben. Zuerst \u00bc der Sahne hinzugeben und verr\u00fchren. Mit den Gew\u00fcrzen abschmecken und aufkochen lassen. Gegebenenfalls mehr Sahne zugeben. Achte darauf, dass du es zum Kochen bringst, damit die Cashewcreme sch\u00f6n eindickt und sehr cremig wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Wenn dir der vegane Rahmspinat nicht cremig genug ist, lasse ihn noch etwas k\u00f6cheln. Die Cashewn\u00fcsse verdicken mehr. Du kannst diese auch sehr cremig p\u00fcrieren. Daf\u00fcr etwas l\u00e4nger im Hochleistungsmixer mixen als Cashewkerne. Wenn du jetzt Sonnenblumenkerne verwenden m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich etwa die doppelte Menge an Sonnenblumenkerne. Diese sind nicht so dick wie Cashewn\u00fcsse, machen das Gericht aber noch cremiger. Du kannst stattdessen auch Kokoscreme verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche:<\/strong> Anstelle von Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche kannst du f\u00fcr die cremige Sauce auch Wasser verwenden. Eines muss ich sagen, die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche gibt ihm sehr viel Geschmack, was diesen Rahmspinat zu etwas Besonderem macht.<\/li><li><strong>Hefeflocken<\/strong>: Die Hefeflocken macht einen tollen Umami-Geschmack. Wenn du keine Hefeflocken verwenden m\u00f6chtest, verwende einfach einen kleinen Schuss Sojasauce oder wei\u00dfe Misopaste.<\/li><li><strong>Spinat:<\/strong> Du kannst entweder Babyspinat oder gefrorenen Spinat verwenden. Es liegt an dir, was du bevorzugst. Du kannst auch anderes Blattgem\u00fcse wie Gr\u00fcnkohl oder Tatsoi verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Wasser:<\/strong> Anstelle von Wasser kannst du auch pflanzliche Milch wie Mandelmilch, Hafermilch oder sogar vollfette Kokosmilch verwenden.
