Das Porridge Rezept ist nicht nur pflanzlich auch milchfrei, glutenfrei und raffiniert zuckerfrei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei diesem Haferbreirezept kommst du ohne raffinierten Zucker aus. Wir werden dieses Rezept mit Obst und Ahornsirup.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du jetzt deinen Haferbrei gerne mit nicht industriell verarbeiteten Zucker s\u00fc\u00dfen m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich dir entweder einen Teil der Fl\u00fcssigkeit durch Saft (am besten Direktsaft) oder durch Fr\u00fcchtemus zu s\u00fc\u00dfen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei dem Marzipan, das ich verwende, verwenden wir selbstgemachtes zuckerfreies Marzipan, was dich das Gekaufte nicht missen l\u00e4sst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isst du auch so gerne Marzipan wie ich? Dann wirst du dich sicherlich \u00fcber diese zuckerfreie Alternative freuen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich finde es unglaublich lecker und du merkst nicht, dass kein Zucker enthalten ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dem gekauften Marzipan ist oft sehr viel Zucker enthalten und ganz und gar nicht gesund. Hast du schon mal von Rosenwasser in Marzipan geh\u00f6rt?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es schmeckt unglaublich lecker und verleiht dem Marzipan das Gewisse etwas? Dazu muss ich sagen, ich habe immer ne Flasche Rosenwasser zu Hause, da ich dies als Gesichtswasser benutze.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"konsistenz\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Konsistenz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um ehrlich zu sein, ich kann mich nicht entscheiden wie ich es am liebsten habe. Je nach Laune mag ich mein Haferbrei wie bei dem Apfel Zimt Haferbrei (Oatmeal) mehr fl\u00fcssig oder z\u00e4her. Diese ist schon von Natur aus etwas S\u00fc\u00dfer als Mandelmilch. So kannst du sp\u00e4ter etwas weniger von dem Apfelsaft verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ahornsirup\">Ahornsirup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Ahornsirup kannst du auch durch Dattels\u00fc\u00dfe oder auch Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker ersetzen. Lasse das Marzipan weg, da dieses aus Mandeln zubereitet wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sojafrei\">Sojafrei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck ist bereits sojafrei. Nun gebe die restlichen Zutaten hinzu und verarbeite es noch etwas weiter bis bei den Mandeln \u00d6l austritt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt verarbeite es weiter bis du einen Teig bekommst, der zusammen h\u00e4lt. Du kannst das auch mit einer K\u00fcchenmaschine machen, verwende dazu einen Flachr\u00fchrer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-im-voraus-zubereiten\">im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Porridge kannst du auch sehr gut 3-4 Tage vorher zubereiten und dann kalt genie\u00dfen. Kein Problem!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-kalt-stellen\"><br>Wie kalt stellen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Porridge kannst du auch prima im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. Die Reste kannst du kalt oder warm genie\u00dfen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-einfrieren\">Wie einfrieren?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitetes Oatmeal kannst du auch einfrieren. Hier h\u00e4lt sich das Oatmeal ca. 6 Monate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann einfach den Abend vorher im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen.
