Nun den K\u00fcrbis in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die Schale kann gegessen werden und muss nicht gesch\u00e4lt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebel und Knoblauch hacken und mit einem Glas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche anbraten. K\u00fcrbisw\u00fcrfel beigeben, kr\u00e4ftig anbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ofenvariante:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrbis halbieren, Kerne entfernen und auf ein Backblech legen. Jetzt in den Ofen stellen und bei 200 C etwa 50 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den letzten 15 Minuten kannst du die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch hacken und auf das Backblech legen. In die Schale des K\u00fcrbisses stechen, um zu sehen, ob sie weich ist. Alles in einen Topf oder Mixer geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr beide Optionen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die abgemessene Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche unterr\u00fchren und mit Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat, Muskatbl\u00fcte und eventuell etwas Ingwer abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Topf-Variante k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis K\u00fcrbis weich ist. Mit einem Mixer p\u00fcrieren. Nun die Kokosmilch unterr\u00fchren und die cremige Suppe nach eigenem Gusto abschmecken. Sollte die Suppe noch zu dickfl\u00fcssig sein, einfach etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzugeben, bis die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Suppe mit etwas Balsamico-Glasur und ger\u00f6steten K\u00fcrbiskernen dekorieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crockpot-K\u00fcrbis-Suppe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du musst diese langsam kochende K\u00fcrbissuppe wie die Topfversion zubereiten. Beginne mit dem Anbraten von Zwiebeln und Knoblauch. F\u00fcge den K\u00fcrbis hinzu und lasse ihn einige Minuten anbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle anderen Zutaten au\u00dfer der Kokosmilch hinzugeben. Du wirst dieses einfache Rezept f\u00fcr Butternussk\u00fcrbissuppe 3-4 Stunden auf hoher Stufe und 6-8 Stunden auf niedriger Stufe k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der K\u00fcrbis weich ist. Die Kokosmilch zugeben und mit einem P\u00fcrierstab p\u00fcrieren, bis eine cremige Masse entsteht. Ich gebe dir hier einige Ideen, wie diese wohltuende Suppe trotzdem wunderbar gelingen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>K\u00fcrbis<\/strong> \u2013 Du kannst f\u00fcr diese Suppe immer einen anderen frischen Winterk\u00fcrbis verwenden. Ich empfehle einen K\u00fcrbis, den du nicht sch\u00e4len musst. Du kannst ganz einfach einen Hokkaido, Muskatk\u00fcrbis oder Butternut-K\u00fcrbis verwenden. Alle haben einen erstaunlichen Geschmack und verleihen deiner Suppe einen Geschmacksschub.<\/li><li><strong>\u00c4pfel<\/strong> - Ein s\u00fc\u00dfer und s\u00e4uerlicher Apfel erg\u00e4nzt den nussigen Geschmack des K\u00fcrbis. Welche \u00c4pfel sind s\u00fc\u00df und s\u00e4uerlich? Ich liebe Honeycrisp \u00c4pfel, Pink Ladies.<\/li><li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/strong> - Anstelle von Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche kannst du auch Wasser verwenden, aber ich f\u00fcge meiner Suppe gerne eine gute Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzu, um etwas mehr Geschmack zu verleihen.<\/li><li><strong>Kokosmilch<\/strong> \u2013 Ich wei\u00df, dass nicht jeder cremige Kokosmilch verwenden m\u00f6chte, die du in dieser k\u00f6stlichen Suppe leicht durch etwas Mandelmilch, hausgemachte Cashewcreme \/ Milch ersetzen kannst. Keine Notwendigkeit f\u00fcr Sahne. Wir wollen eine leichte Suppe.<\/li><li><strong>Frische Kr\u00e4uter<\/strong> \u2013 Die Kr\u00e4uter, die ich verwende, sind meine Favoriten in dieser Art von Suppe.
