Besonders fester Tofu h\u00e4lt am besten. Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du den Tofu dann einfrieren. Hier wird sich die Textur etwas ver\u00e4ndern. Da beim Auftauen mehr Wasser freigesetzt wird, wird der Tofu etwas fester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachdem du den Tofu aufgetaut hast, kannst du den Tofu erneut pressen und anschlie\u00dfend den gepressten Tofu in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Denke daran, dass die W\u00fcrfel gro\u00df genug f\u00fcr die Spie\u00dfe sein sollten. In einer kleinen bis mittelgro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel die Zutaten f\u00fcr die w\u00fcrzige Marinade verquirlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun legen wir Tofu f\u00fcr mindestens 2 Stunden in die Marinade. F\u00fcr den maximalen Geschmack bereite ich diese gerne am Vorabend zu und muss die Spie\u00dfe am n\u00e4chsten Tag nur noch zusammenstecken. Zwiebel und Paprika in die gleiche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe wie den Tofu schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zusammenstellen:<\/strong> Ich beginne immer mit einer Zwiebelscheibe. Abwechselnd Zwiebeln, Tofu und Paprika, bis der Spie\u00df voll ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"grillpfanne\"><strong>Grillpfanne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die veganen Tofu-Spie\u00dfe in einer Grillpfanne grillen. Ich grille sie auf jeder Seite, bis jede Seite goldbraun ist und der Tofu knusprig wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"anleitung-zum-grillen-im-freien\"><strong>Anleitung zum Grillen im Freien<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese veganen Grill-Tofu-Spie\u00dfe kannst du wie gewohnt grillen. Zuerst muss der Grill erhitzt werden. Stelle einfach sicher, dass der Grill hei\u00df ist, bevor du sie auf den Grill legst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalerweise lassen wir sie auf dem Grill, bis der Tofu au\u00dfen recht fest\/knusprig ist und die Zwiebeln eine sch\u00f6ne Farbe haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egal ob du einen Holzkohlegrill oder einen Gasgrill hast. Beides wird mit diesem Rezept hervorragend funktionieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heissluftfritteuse-und-backofen\"><strong>Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse und Backofen:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst sie problemlos in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse oder im Ofen (Umluftofen) r\u00f6sten. Ich brate\/grille sie bei 420 F (200 C). 10\u201315 Minuten r\u00f6sten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn dir Zwiebeln und Tofu nicht nach deinem Geschmack gegart sind, lasse sie etwas l\u00e4nger backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/vegan-grilled-tofu-skewers-3-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"vegane tofu grillspie\u00dfe\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"substitutionen\"><strong>Substitutionen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Tofu-Ersatz:<\/strong> Du kannst den Tofu ganz einfach ersetzen. Wenn du kein Tofu-Fan bist, kannst du auch auf Tempeh oder Seitan zur\u00fcckgreifen. Wer lieber beim Gem\u00fcse bleiben m\u00f6chte, kann z.B. Zucchini, Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Gelbe Zwiebel<\/strong>: Bringe etwas mehr Farbe in deine Grillspie\u00dfe. Verwende statt gelber oder wei\u00dfer Zwiebeln rote Zwiebeln.<\/li><li><strong>Knoblauch: <\/strong>Du ben\u00f6tigst keine frischen Knoblauchzehen. Du kannst auch Knoblauchpulver nach deinem Geschmack verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Tahini und Wasser<\/strong>: Anstelle von Tahini, damit die Marinade besser am Tofu haftet, kannst du auch Kokosmilch verwenden. Wenn du nicht \u00f6lfrei bist, kannst du auch etwas Oliven\u00f6l verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Sojasauce:<\/strong> Wie immer kannst du die Sojasauce problemlos durch Tamarisauce oder Kokosnuss-Aminos\u00e4uren ersetzen.<\/li><li><strong>Apfelessig: <\/strong>Verwende stattdessen Reisessig.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"variationen\"><strong>Variationen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Du kannst das Gem\u00fcse jederzeit durch anderes Gem\u00fcse oder sogar Obst ersetzen. Ich liebe Zucchini, Pilze und Ananasst\u00fccke auf meinen leckeren Spie\u00dfen.<\/li><li><strong>Teriyaki-Stil<\/strong>: Probiere einige Teriyaki-Tofu-Spie\u00dfe. Mariniere den Tofu einfach in hausgemachter Teriyaki-Sauce, anstatt in meinem Marinadenrezept.<\/li><li><strong>BBQ: <\/strong>Du liebst Barbecue-Sauce? Mariniere einfach die Tofuw\u00fcrfel in etwas BBQ-Sauce, um geschmackvolle vegane Kebabs zu erhalten.
