Wir bereiten hier eine Art M\u00fcrbeteig zu, dieser darf auf keinen Fall \u00fcberarbeitet sein. Am besten, wenn du kaltes Mandelmus verwendest.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun nimm eine Muffin Form und fette diese ein und bemehle sie, damit sich nach die Cups bzw. Tartes auch l\u00f6sen. Je nach gr\u00f6\u00dfe deiner Muffins schneide den Bl\u00e4tterteig oder den ausgerollten M\u00fcrbeteig in entsprechende Quadrate oder Rechtecke. Sie sollen gro\u00df genug sein, damit oben noch spitzen rauskommen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du die Muffinform gef\u00fcllt hast. Backe diese f\u00fcr ca. 10 min.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bereite in der Zwischenzeit den Pudding zu. Dazu gebe alle Zutaten f\u00fcr den Pudding in einen Topf und koche diesen. Siebe die Aprikosen ab oder bei frischen schneide diese in H\u00e4lfte und entkerne sie.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun gebe den Pudding in die vorgebackenen Tartes. Zum Schluss legst du eine Aprikose obendrauf.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt backe die Tartes f\u00fcr weitere 10-30 min. Je nachdem welchen Teig du verwendest, brauchen sie l\u00e4nger oder k\u00fcrzer. Hier achte ich immer darauf, welche Farbe der Teig hat. Du kannst sie aber in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr ca. 3 Tage aufbewahren.
