Kokos\u00f6l oder andere \u00d6le sind nicht erforderlich. F\u00fcge einfach etwas Wasser oder Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzu, sobald das Wasser verdunstet ist und die Zwiebeln anfangen, am Boden zu kleben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun alle restlichen Zutaten bis auf das Wasser, die Tapiokast\u00e4rke und die Cashewkerne in den Topf geben und kochen lassen, bis der Blumenkohl weich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit die Cashewkerne in einem Hochleistungsmixer sehr cremig p\u00fcrieren. Vorsichtig sein! In diesem Rezept habe ich Cashewn\u00fcsse verwendet, um es cremig zu machen. Du kannst stattdessen auch Kokosmilch, wei\u00dfe Bohnen oder Sonnenblumenkerne hinzugeben.
