Also musste ich mich an einer veganen Version probieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Geschmack fand ich immer toll, und bei meiner Ern\u00e4hrungsumstellung ging es nicht darum, dass es mir einfach nicht geschmeckt hat, sondern wollte ich einfach eine ges\u00fcndere Ern\u00e4hrung f\u00fcr meine Familie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So kam dieser vegane Thunfischsalat zustande. Ich wollte aber auch diese fasrige Struktur nicht missen und habe dadruch etwas Jackfrucht hinzugef\u00fcgt und es wurde perfekt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fragst du dich jetzt, warum in den Thunfischsalat in vegan? Zum einen k\u00f6nnen die Ozeane bis 2048 leergefischt sein, wenn wir nichts an unserer Ern\u00e4hrung \u00e4ndern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was einem doch genug Anreize dazu geben sollte, den Fischkonsum zu minimieren und du rettest Fische.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du brauchst kein Fisch um leckere Gerichte zu zaubern. Ich hoffe dies wird dir hellfen, um den f\u00fcr dich perfekten veganen Thunfischsalat herzustellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jackfrucht-ersatz\">Jackfrucht-Ersatz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keine Jackfrucht magst oder auch nicht findest, kannst du den veganen Thunfischsalat auch mit mehr Kichererbsen oder auch Palmherzen zubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wakame-flocken-und-kelppulver-ersatz\">Wakame Flocken und Kelppulver Ersatz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese zwei Algensorten musst du nicht hinzuf\u00fcgen, verleihen aber dem Salat einen leckeren Geschmack. Wenn du diese nicht verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du die Wakame Flocken und das Kelppulver einfach weglassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tahini-und-nussbutter-ersatz\">Tahini und Nussbutter Ersatz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du den Geschmack von Tahini nicht magst, je nach Sorte, kann es schon mal etwas bitter sein. Oder auch wenn du kein Nussmus zur Hand hast. Dann kannst du auch auf die gleiche Menge rohe Cashews und\/ oder Sonnenblumenkerne zur\u00fcckgreifen. Diese dann einfach mit den Kichererbsen fein mixen, dass keine St\u00fccke mehr da sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sojasossenersatz\">Sojaso\u00dfenersatz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keine Sojaso\u00dfe verwenden m\u00f6chtest. Dann kannst du auch auf die glutenfreie Variante Tamari zur\u00fcckgreifen. Das einzige was in dem Rezept Gluten enth\u00e4lt, ist die Sojaso\u00dfe und die l\u00e4sst sich prima durch Tamarioder Kokosaminos ersetzen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nussfrei\">Nussfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese vegane Thunfischsalat l\u00e4sst sich einfach Nussfrei herstellen, anstelle von Nussbutter, kannst du auf Tahini oder auch auf Sonnenblumenkerne zur\u00fcckgreifen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-keto\">Keto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle der Kichererbsen kannst du auf eine Mischung von Sonnenblumenkerne und Cashews zur\u00fcckgreifen. Dazu p\u00fcriere die H\u00e4lfte der Sonnenblumenkerne cremig und f\u00fcge gehackte Sonnenblumenkerne hinzu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mv-video\"><div class=\"mv-video-target mv-video-id-kcaavlqt4n3lxpmmxrju\" data-video-id=\"kcaavlqt4n3lxpmmxrju\" data-volume=\"70\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zubereitung\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst einen Abend vorher zubereiten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wasche die Jackfrucht und schneide den harten Teil ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasse die fasrigen Teile in hei\u00dfem Wasser sitzen und f\u00fcge 3 Wakame-Flocken oder andere Algen hinzu. Wir brauchen dies, um den typischen Meeres- \/ Fischgeschmack zu erhalten. Lasse es nun mindestens 2 Stunden oder \u00fcber Nacht stehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag die Jackfrucht absp\u00fclen und die Wakame-Flocken entfernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt nehmen wir die Kichererbsen und sp\u00fclen sie aus. Es ist wichtig, die Fl\u00fcssigkeit aus der Dose, das Aquafaba, aufzufangen. Du kannst es f\u00fcr dieses Rezept oder als Eiersatz oder \u00d6lersatz in einem anderen Rezept verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die H\u00e4lfte der Kichererbsen, Tahini oder Nussmus und Aquafaba, frisch gepressten Zitronensaft in eine K\u00fcchenmaschine (Food Prozessor) geben und cremig mischen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn es nicht cremig genug ist, f\u00fcge etwas mehr Aquafaba hinzu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcge Kelppulver hinzu, das optional ist, aber den gesamten Geschmack hinzuf\u00fcgt, und f\u00fcge Sojasauce, Zwiebelpulver und Knoblauchpulver hinzu. Mische es, bis die Gew\u00fcrze gut kombiniert sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcge die restlichen Kichererbsen und die Jackfrucht hinzu und verwende die Pulsfunktion des Food Prozessors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir wollen die Textur der Jackfrucht beibehalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach Belieben mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-im-voraus-zubereiten\">Im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser vegane Thunfischsalat eignet sich prima als Meal Prep und l\u00e4sst sich prima ein paar Tage im Voraus zubereiten. Bevor du es verwendest, einmal gut umr\u00fchren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-einfrieren\">Wie einfrieren?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In einem gefriersicheren Beh\u00e4lter l\u00e4sst sich der vegane Thunfischsalat super einfrieren. Dazu einfach den Salat portionsweise einfrieren.
