Jetzt raspele die Karotten hinein und gebe die restlichen Zutaten hinzu und verr\u00fchre den Teig zu einem homogenen Teig.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nehme zwei 20 cm oder 22 cm gro\u00dfe Springformen und lege diese mit Backpapier auf dem Boden aus. F\u00fclle jeweils die H\u00e4lfte des Teiges in je eine Springform und backe diese bei 175\u00b0C f\u00fcr ca. 30 min.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn der Teig durchgebacken ist, nehme die Kuchen aus dem Backofen und lasse sie komplett ausk\u00fchlen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bereite das Frosting in der Zwischenzeit zu.&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu sp\u00fcle die eingeweichten Cashews ab und gebe alle Zutaten f\u00fcr das Frosting in einen Hochleistungsmixer und mixe so lange bis du eine Creme hast. So dass du die 1,5 fache Menge hast.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kann ich aus dem veganen Karottenkuchen auch Cupcakes oder Muffins machen?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Rezept eignet sich auch wunderbar f\u00fcr Muffins oder dann mit Frosting bedeckt f\u00fcr Cupcakes. Du wirst ca. 15 Muffins aus dem Rezept erhalten. Kommt darauf an wie gro\u00df du die Muffins machst.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr Cupcakes einfach die Muffins mit dem Frosting bedecken und mit ein paar gehackten Pistazien bestreuen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Welches Frosting eignet sich f\u00fcr diesen veganen Karottenkuchen?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr diesen veganen Karottenkuchen habe ich ein Frosting in der Rezeptkarte stehen. Wenn du ein anderes Frosting verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du dies gerne tun. Du kannst zum Beispiel eine vegane Buttercreme oder veganes Frischk\u00e4se-Frosting.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie bewahrst du diesen veganen Karottenkuchen auf?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich empfehle es den Kuchen in einem Kuchenbeh\u00e4lter und im K\u00fchlschrank aufzubewahren.
