Jetzt lasse die Tomaten bei schwacher Hitze etwa 10-20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, oder bis die Tomaten weich gekocht sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich nehme meinen P\u00fcrierstab und p\u00fcriere die Tomaten, bis sie zerkleinert und p\u00fcriert sind. Wenn du es vorziehst, dass deine Marinara-Sauce st\u00fcckig ist, kannst du sie nur grob p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun das Tomatenmark und die restlichen Gew\u00fcrze hinzugeben. Und nochmals ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, damit die Gew\u00fcrze, die leckere So\u00dfe durchziehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schmecke die Sauce noch einmal ab und gebe bei Bedarf noch ein paar Kr\u00e4uter hinzu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn dir die Sauce zu dick ist, gebe etwas Wasser hinzu. Oder lasse es ein wenig einkochen, wenn es dir zu fl\u00fcssig ist. Je nach verwendeten Tomaten kann die Sauce etwas fl\u00fcssiger oder dickfl\u00fcssiger sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"instant-topf\">Instant-Topf<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zwiebeln wie oben angegeben anschwitzen und alle Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen. Kr\u00e4ftig umr\u00fchren, bis das Tomatenmark keine Klumpen mehr hinterl\u00e4sst. Koche es auf, schlie\u00dfe den Deckel und lasse es etwa 15 Minuten unter Druck k\u00f6cheln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vom Herd nehmen und den Topf erst \u00f6ffnen, wenn der Druck abgebaut ist. Anschlie\u00dfend p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"schongarer-crockpot\">Schongarer \/ Crockpot<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in den Slow Cooker geben. Und wie oben beschrieben anbraten. F\u00fcge alle Zutaten hinzu und lasse sie langsam auf der niedrigsten Stufe k\u00f6cheln, bis die Tomaten weich sind. Wenn die Tomaten weich sind, p\u00fcriere die Sauce wie gew\u00fcnscht. Du kannst auch Tomaten-Pasta aus der Dose\/ Glas verwenden, um es noch schneller zu machen.<\/li><li><strong>Kr\u00e4uter:<\/strong> Mit der Menge der Kr\u00e4uter kann man spielen. Mit frischen Kr\u00e4utern erh\u00e4ltst du eine w\u00fcrzige hausgemachte Marinara-Sauce. Anstelle der verschiedenen Kr\u00e4uter kannst du auch eine italienische Gew\u00fcrzmischung verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Rote Bete:<\/strong> Ich liebe den tiefen Geschmack, den die Rote Bete hinzuf\u00fcgt. Du kannst gekochte, im Laden gekaufte Rote Bete verwenden oder deine frische Bete kochen oder r\u00f6sten.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Fleischb\u00e4llchen<\/strong>: Du kannst deiner veganen \u00f6lfreien Marinara-Sauce einige <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-hackbaellchen\/\">vegane Fleischb\u00e4llchen<\/a> hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li><strong>Rotwein:<\/strong> Nach dem Anschwitzen der Zwiebeln und des Knoblauchs kannst du mit etwas Rotwein reduzieren.
