Wir nehmen das Gem\u00fcse au\u00dfer den Bohnen und Kartoffeln und d\u00fcnsten die Zwiebel und den Rest in Wasser bei mittlerer Hitze an.<br>Dann f\u00fcgen wir mehr Wasser hinzu, bis das Gem\u00fcse leicht gebr\u00e4unt ist. So kommen wir auf den richtigen Geschmack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt geben wir das Wasser zum Gem\u00fcse. Hier erkennt man bereits die typische Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fchefarbe, leicht gelblich br\u00e4unlich. Diese schmecken meiner Meinung nach am besten und man kann sie so zubereiten, wie man sie am liebsten mag.<br\/>Frische und gefrorene Bohnen brauchen etwa 10-15 Minuten, je nachdem, wie weich oder fest du sie haben m\u00f6chtest.<br\/>Wenn du frische gr\u00fcne Bohnen verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du diese auch kurz blanchieren. So bleibt die tolle gr\u00fcne Farbe erhalten. Und bei frischen Bohnen muss man noch einen Schritt machen, sie waschen und schneiden.<br\/>Du stehst unter Zeitdruck und hast nicht viel Zeit.
