Hier kannst du entscheiden, ob du gr\u00f6bere St\u00fccke wie auf dem Foto m\u00f6chtest oder es super fein schneiden m\u00f6chtest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als n\u00e4chstes nimmst du die abgetropften Bohnen und gekochten Linsen und gibst sie in die K\u00fcchenmaschine. Oder mit einem Kartoffelstampfer grob zerdr\u00fccken. F\u00fcge die Gew\u00fcrze und Haferflocken hinzu. Du willst, dass sie matschig, aber nicht zu klein sind. Es wird ein wenig klebrig. Probiere die Linsenmischung und w\u00fcrze nach eigenem Geschmack noch etwas nach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Kastenform mit Backpapier vorbereiten und die Linsenmasse darauf verteilen. In der vorbereiteten Kastenform etwa 45 Minuten backen. Linsenhackbraten aus der Pfanne nehmen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen.
