Backe sie f\u00fcr etwa 15 Minuten 100 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch in sehr feine W\u00fcrfel schneiden, wof\u00fcr ich gerne meinen kleinen Zerkleinerer verwende. W\u00e4hrend die Bohnen im Ofen r\u00f6sten, die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch in einer Pfanne kurz goldbraun anschwitzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die schwarzen Bohnen aus dem Ofen nehmen und mit einem Kartoffelstampfer grob zerdr\u00fccken. Wir wollen ein paar grobe Bohnenst\u00fccke haben und nicht nur P\u00fcree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle restlichen Zutaten zugeben und von Hand zu einem homogenen Teig kneten. 5-6 Bratlinge formen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die Frikadellen im Ofen backen, grillen oder in der Pfanne braten. Ich r\u00f6ste \/ backe jede Seite etwa 5-10 Minuten lang, bis sie fest genug sind, um sie zu wenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Du kannst die schwarzen Bohnen auch mit der Pulsfunktion deiner K\u00fcchenmaschine p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fleischb\u00e4llchen aus schwarzen Bohnen formen und kochen<br>Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Patties ist flexibel. Mache sie einfach so gro\u00df oder so klein, wie du sie haben m\u00f6chtest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich mache gerne 5-6 Frikadellen aus der Bratling-Mischung oder auch kleinere f\u00fcr Partys. Ich verwende gerne eine \u2153 Tasse meiner amerikanischen Messbecher. Ich denke, diese Gr\u00f6\u00dfe ist am besten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die Hacksteaks backen oder grillen, weiter unten gehe ich auf die Vorgehensweise ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die Burger auch einfach zubereiten und einfrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich backe die Patties vor dem Einfrieren ca. 5 min und friere sie dann erst einzeln ein und wenn sie gefroren sind, stecke ich sie in einen Silikon-Ziploc-Beutel. Die gefrorenen Burger eignen sich perfekt zum Backen \/ Grillen oder Braten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"wie-grillt-man-vegane-burger-mit-schwarzen-bohnen\"><strong>Wie grillt man vegane Burger mit schwarzen Bohnen?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du bef\u00fcrchtest, dass die Burger am Grill kleben bleiben, kannst du die Schwarzbohnen-Bratlinge im Ofen oder in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse etwa 10 Minuten vorgaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einfach bei 175\u00b0 C backen. Lege die Frikadellen auf einen hei\u00dfen Grill oder eine Pfanne, damit die veganen Patties eine Kruste bekommen und nicht auseinanderfallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lege einfach so viele Frikadellen in eine Pfanne, dass sie genug Platz zum Durchgaren und Wenden haben. Brate die Bratlinge, die nicht in die Pfanne passen, beim n\u00e4chsten Durchlauf oder verwende eine zweite Pfanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du die Burger auf dem Grill hast, lasse sie etwa 5-10 Minuten grillen, bevor du sie wendest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dadurch wird der Fleischpflanzerl fester und l\u00e4sst sich leichter wenden. Bitte beachte, dass vegetarische Frikadellen leichter auseinanderfallen als \u201enormale\u201c Fleischfrikadellen.
