Suche nicht weiter, denn ich bin hier, um dir zu zeigen, wie du dieses einfache, schmackhafte und befriedigende Rezept f\u00fcr serbische wei\u00dfe Bohnensuppe zubereitest!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses traditionelle Balkangericht wird mit wei\u00dfen Bohnen als Hauptdarsteller der Mahlzeit zubereitet, enth\u00e4lt aber auch viel nahrhaftes Gem\u00fcse wie Zwiebeln, Karotten und Sellerie. Dazu verwende ich meine K\u00fcchenmaschine mit Pulsfunktion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der zerkleinerte Gr\u00fcnkern in Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche einweichen. Wenn du Sojagranulat verwendest, weiche es in gen\u00fcgend Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche ein, um es zu bedecken. Beides lasse ich \u00fcber Nacht einweichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag die Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln, den Knoblauch hacken und in einem ausreichend gro\u00dfen Topf anschwitzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu gebe ich immer einen Spritzer Wasser hinzu, damit nichts anbrennt oder am Boden kleben bleibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun Lauch, Karotten und Selleriewurzel fein hacken. Ich benutze daf\u00fcr auch gerne eine K\u00fcchenmaschine. Beginne damit morgens und zum Mittag- oder Abendessen ist deine Suppe servierbereit.<\/li><li><strong>Schnellkochtopf:<\/strong> Du hast keine Zeit, die Suppe so lange zu kochen? Verwende einen Instant-Topf oder einen Herd-Schnellkochtopf. Du f\u00fcgst alle Zutaten hinzu und l\u00e4sst sie unter Druck etwa 15 Minuten kochen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Hackfleischalternative:<\/strong> Wie so oft wird das Originalrezept mit Hackfleisch zubereitet. Aber daf\u00fcr habe ich eine tolle Alternative gefunden. Nimm einfach Gr\u00fcnkern und du bekommst eine super leckere serbische wei\u00dfe Bohnensuppe. Ich verwende ganzen Gr\u00fcnkern und mahle sie schnell mit der K\u00fcchenmaschine, bis sie grob sind. Gr\u00fcnkern schmeckt leicht nussig und verleiht der veganen Suppe eine leckere Note. Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du auch Sojagranulat oder andere Hackfleischalternativen verwenden. Probiere die Suppe mit Graupen, Bulgur.<\/li><li><strong>Bohnen<\/strong>: Du kannst alle wei\u00dfen Bohnen wie Cannellini-Bohnen, Limabohnen, gro\u00dfe Bohnen aus dem Norden verwenden. Ich liebe es, eine Mischung daraus zu verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Lauch<\/strong>: Du kannst Lauch durch Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln ersetzen.<\/li><li><strong>Knollensellerie:<\/strong> Selleriewurzel, einfach durch etwas Sellerie ersetzen.<\/li><li><strong>Rauchsalz<\/strong>: Anstelle von Rauchsalz kannst du auch Fl\u00fcssigrauch oder ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver verwenden, um deiner veganen wei\u00dfen Bohnensuppe etwas Raucharoma zu verleihen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variation\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/vegan-serbian-bean-soup-01-4.jpg\" alt=\"Vegane serbische wei\u00dfe Bohnensuppe zubereitet aus wei\u00dfen Bohnen, Gr\u00fcnkern, st\u00fcckige Tomaten serviert in einer Sch\u00fcssel\">Variation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Gem\u00fcse<\/strong>: F\u00fcge etwas Suppengr\u00fcn \/ Gem\u00fcse wie gr\u00fcne Bohnen, Rosenkohl hinzu, um deine Suppe zus\u00e4tzliche N\u00e4hrstoffe hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li><strong>Cremig<\/strong>: Du m\u00f6chtest eine cremige Bohnensuppe, f\u00fcge etwas Kokosmilch oder Cashewcreme hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>Wei\u00dfwein<\/strong>: Du m\u00f6chtest etwas mehr Geschmack hinzuf\u00fcgen, f\u00fcge etwas Wei\u00dfwein hinzu, w\u00e4hrend du die Zwiebeln anbr\u00e4tst. Statt Wein kann auch Wei\u00dfweinessig verwendet werden.<\/li><li><strong>Pikant\/Scharf<\/strong>: Dieses Rezept hat schon den gewissen Kick. Bitte stelle sicher, dass du die fleischlose Suppe in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter gibst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"einfrieren\">Einfrieren<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese vegane serbische wei\u00dfe Bohnensuppe l\u00e4sst sich sogar sehr gut einfrieren und eignet sich daher hervorragend als Meal Prep in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Mengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"serviervorschlaege\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Serviervorschl\u00e4ge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir servieren klassische Br\u00f6tchen zur veganen serbischen Bohnensuppe. Ich dippe einfach gerne Brot in Suppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die Suppe auch mit Croutons toppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu einer solchen Suppe passt auch ein rustikales Sauerteigbrot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/baguette\/\">Knoblauchbaguette<\/a> als Beilage w\u00e4re ein echter Hingucker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oder lass es dir schmecken und serviere diese vegane serbische Bohnensuppe in einer Brotschale. Du musst diese nur etwa 10 Minuten einweichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du getrocknete wei\u00dfe Bohnen verwendest, diese f\u00fcllen etwa das 3-fache Volumen des Trockenvolumens aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die wei\u00dfen Bohnen mindestens 12 Stunden (\u00fcber Nacht) einweichen und die wei\u00dfen Bohnen im Einweichwasser ca. 1 Stunde garen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bohnen erst salzen, wenn sie weich sind. Andernfalls wird die Schale nicht weicher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Suppe mit Paprikapulver abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Suppe nicht scharf genug ist, kannst du Tabasco oder eine andere scharfe So\u00dfe hinzuf\u00fcgen.
