gerade so findet)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zwiebel<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knoblauchzehen<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rohe Cashews, eingeweicht<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wasser<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pilzgew\u00fcrz<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Pilzgew\u00fcrz (alles in ein verschlie\u00dfbares Glas f\u00fcllen)<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salz<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zwiebelpulver<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Liebst\u00f6cklpulver<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paprika, edels\u00fc\u00df<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Senfk\u00f6rner, gemahlen<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zubereitung<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kl\u00f6\u00dfe<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stelle einen ausreichend gro\u00dfen Topf mit Wasser und Meersalz auf.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presse die Kartoffelkl\u00f6\u00dfe durch eine Kartoffelpresse oder p\u00fcriere sie mit einem Kartoffelstampfer zu P\u00fcree. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich benutze eine Presse, es ist schneller und einfacher.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt hacke die Zwiebeln super fein. Hier verwende ich einen kleinen Chopper f\u00fcr.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt vermenge und verknete alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Kartoffelkl\u00f6\u00dfe mit den Kartoffeln. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun sollte eine relativ feste Masse entstanden sein, die zusammen h\u00e4lt, wenn du Kartoffelkl\u00f6\u00dfe formst.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn das Wasser kocht, stelle den Herd kleiner, damit das Wasser nur noch siedet und nicht mehr sprudelnd kocht.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du kannst einen Probeklo\u00df hineingeben und schauen ob dieser Zusammenh\u00e4lt. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und im Anschluss alle Kl\u00f6\u00dfe hineingeben. Wenn dieser es nicht tut, gebe noch etwas Kartoffelmehl hinzu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deine Kl\u00f6\u00dfe sind fertig, wenn sie oben schwimmen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So\u00dfe<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mixe die eingeweichten Cashews mit allen Zutaten bis auf die Pilze, Zwiebel und Knoblauch in einem Hochleistungsmixer cremig.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schneide die Pilze in scheiben und brate diese mit den gew\u00fcrfelten Zwiebeln und Knoblauch kr\u00e4ftig an. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu gebe ich immer mal wieder Wasser zur Pfanne. So ben\u00f6tigst du kein \u00d6l.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun gebe die Cashewcreme zu den Pilzen und lasse es kurz aufkochen, wenn dir die So\u00dfe zu dickfl\u00fcssig ist, gebe noch etwas Wasser hinzu.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt w\u00fcrze die So\u00dfe mit dem Pilzgew\u00fcrz. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu verwende einfach nach eigenem Geschmack so viel wie du m\u00f6chtest. Ich starte in der Regel bei 2 TL.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-kartoffelkloesse\/?tp_image_id=9965\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/vegan-potato-dumplings-2.jpg\" alt=\"Potato Dumplings on a plate\" class=\"wp-image-9965\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Warum soll das Wasser nur sieden und nicht sprudelnd kochen?<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei sprudelndem Wasser w\u00fcrden die Kartoffelkl\u00f6\u00dfe auseinander fallen und halten nicht zusammen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das siedende Wasser ist hei\u00df genug und die Kartoffelkl\u00f6\u00dfe halten problemlos zusammen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich mache immer einen Testklo\u00df bevor ich alle Kl\u00f6\u00dfe in den Topf gebe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kannst du die veganen Kartoffelkl\u00f6\u00dfe im Voraus zubereiten?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den kompletten Klo\u00df w\u00fcrde ich nicht im Voraus zubereiten. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was du machen kannst, ist die Kartoffeln einen Tag vorher kochen und am n\u00e4chsten Tag erst durch die Kartoffelpresse dr\u00fccken und den Klo\u00dfteig zubereiten.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-kartoffelkloesse\/?tp_image_id=9967\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/vegan-potato-dumplings-3.jpg\" alt=\"3 vegan potato dumplings on a plate with mushroom sauce\" class=\"wp-image-9967\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aufbewahrung<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu rate ich nicht.
