Die Cashewn\u00fcsse 10 Minuten in kochendem Wasser einweichen.<br>Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehe sehr fein w\u00fcrfeln, daf\u00fcr nehme ich meine K\u00fcchenmaschine. Es geht schnell und Zwiebeln und Knoblauch sind super fein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebel und Knoblauch in einer Pfanne mit etwas Wasser glasig d\u00fcnsten. F\u00fcge mehr Wasser hinzu, aber nur so viel, dass der Boden bedeckt ist. F\u00fcge den Spinat hinzu und lasse ihn zusammenfallen. Cashewn\u00fcsse abgie\u00dfen und absp\u00fclen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Cashewn\u00fcsse, die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die restlichen Zutaten in einen Hochleistungsmixer geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf h\u00f6chster Stufe (meine Nr. 10) 10-20 Sekunden mixen, bis eine cremige Sauce entsteht. Die So\u00dfe abschmecken und w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Cashewcreme zu den Zwiebeln und dem Spinat geben und aufkochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eventuell etwas Wasser hinzugeben, falls dir die Sauce zu dick ist. Wenn es dir zu fl\u00fcssig ist, lasse es etwas l\u00e4nger kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit die Gnocchi nach Packungsanweisung bei mittlerer Hitze garen. Sollte nur 2-3 Minuten dauern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Gnocchi mit einer Schaumkelle abtropfen lassen und zusammen mit den Karotten in die Sauce geben. R\u00fchre gut um. Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, dass es glutenfrei ist, musst du die Zutaten der verwendeten Gnocchi \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Die Creamy Cashew Sauce ist bereits glutenfrei.<\/li><li><strong>Rohe Cashewn\u00fcsse:<\/strong> F\u00fcr cremige vegane Gnocchi kannst du stattdessen auch Sonnenblumenkerne verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Miso-Paste:<\/strong> Das Miso f\u00fcgt diesen w\u00fcrzigen Geschmack hinzu, den du vom Gorgonzola-K\u00e4se kennst, nat\u00fcrlich kannst du ihn weglassen, aber du wirst nicht diesen sch\u00f6nen w\u00fcrzigen Geschmack in deinen K\u00e4se-Gnocchi haben.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><br>Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Auflauf:<\/strong> Mache einen k\u00e4sigen veganen Gnocchi-Auflauf.
