Im Grunde brauchst du nur eine vegane Fleischalternative und eine So\u00dfenalternative. Hier wird ein im Endeffekt ein Sandwich zubereitet mit dem bekannten D\u00f6nerfleisch, Salat, Krautsalat, Zwiebel, Tomaten, Peperoni und das i-T\u00fcpfelchen des D\u00f6ner-Sandwiches ist die leckere Knoblauch-So\u00dfe, die dein Essen perfekt macht. Optional kann man sich noch Schafsk\u00e4se dazu bestellen. Jetzt fragst du dich sicherlich, wie kann ich den D\u00f6ner aber ges\u00fcnder und vegetarisch\/ vegan zubereiten?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was kann ich als Fleischersatz f\u00fcr einen veganen D\u00f6ner nehmen?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auf diesem Bild haben wir Sojaschnetzel verwendet. Dazu haben wir die Sojaschnetzel in Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche eingeweicht und dann in feine Streifen geschnitten. Im Anschluss wurden die Sojaschnetzel noch f\u00fcr ca. 30 min mariniert. Und das Marinieren ist der wichtigste Schritt, mit dem Marinieren bekommst du erst den authentischen D\u00f6nergeschmack in dein Fleischalternative.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du kein Soja vertr\u00e4gst, kannst du hier auch Seitan (hergestellt aus Glutenmehl) w\u00fcrzen. Dazu diesen hauchd\u00fcnn schneiden und dann marinieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damit deine D\u00f6nerfleischalternative auch knusprig wird wie beim Original. Wer kann sich noch daran erinnern?&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich kann mich da noch ziemlich genug daran erinnern. Und wir werden auch eine vegane Knoblauch-So\u00dfe auf Joghurtbasis zubereiten sowie das Original auf Basis des t\u00fcrkischen Joghurtdrinks Ayran hergestellt wird. Dazu lasse ich dann die marinierten Sojaschnetzel f\u00fcr den D\u00f6ner einfach \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank stehen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Es ist total easy kein \u00d6l beim Anbraten zu verwenden. Du kannst entweder in einer beschichten Pfanne das vegetarische D\u00f6nerfleisch anbraten oder wenn du faul bist wie ich verwende den Backofen, dazu gebe ich die Sojaschnetzel auf ein Backblech und brate sie da an.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Du vertr\u00e4gst kein Soja und\/ oder Gluten. Nehme doch einfach <\/span><b>Champignons oder ganz d\u00fcnn geschnittene Tofu-Scheiben <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">und w\u00fcrze diese mit der Marinade, oder nehme <\/span><b>Mediterranes Gem\u00fcse als Veggie D\u00f6nerfleisch <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">wie Zucchini, Aubergine usw. und w\u00fcrze dieses mit der Marinade und brate es genauso im Backofen wie ich es mit den Sojaschnetzel \/ Seitan mache. Oder probiere immer wieder was neues aus und dir wird absolut nicht langweilig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Anstelle eines klassischen D\u00f6ners kannst du auch ein veganen D\u00fcr\u00fcm (Wrap) zubereiten. Dazu nehme einfach ein Wrapbrot und verwahre wie bei einem normalen D\u00f6ner. Oder bereite einen veganen D\u00f6nerteller zu und serviere dazu ein paar Pommes.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was muss ich alles f\u00fcr den D\u00f6ner zubereiten?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zum einen ben\u00f6tigst du <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganes-fladenbrot\/\">Kebab Brot<\/a> hier kannst du mein Fladenbrot Rezept verwenden. Das Fladenbrot eignet sich auch zum Einfrieren. So hast du immer was zur Hand.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00f6nerfleisch marinieren (schaue unten in der Rezeptkarte). Am Abend vorher zubereiten<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vegane <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-knoblauch-joghurt-sosse\/\">Joghurtsauce<\/a> (D\u00f6nersauce) mit viel Knoblauch, kannst du schon ein paar Tage vorher zubereiten.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-weisskrautsalat\/\">Wei\u00dfen Krautsalat<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegan-rotkrautsalat\/\">Rotkrautsalat<\/a> auf Wunsch, diesen Salat kannst du auch schon ein paar Tage vorher zubereiten.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">anderes Gem\u00fcse schneiden&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">veganen <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-feta-kaese\/\">Fetak\u00e4se<\/a> falls du gerne D\u00f6ner mit Schafsk\u00e4se isst. Allerdings ist umstritten, wer nun als erstes den D\u00f6ner verkauft hat. Sicher ist, dass es den D\u00f6ner schon lange in Deutschland gibt und dieser von t\u00fcrkischen Gastarbeitern nach Deutschland gebracht wurde.
