Egal wie es geschrieben wird, das wichtigste es schmeckt, oder nicht? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du erst einmal probiert hast wie dieses leckere eifreie Omelette schmeckt, vergisst du welche Schreibweise richtig oder falsch ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach einigen Versuchen ein Omelet zuzaubern was nicht nur mich als fr\u00fcheren Eihasser \u00fcberzeugt, sondern auch John und somit auch andere Eiliebhaber, ist mir dieses unglaublich gute Omelet gegl\u00fcckt, welches sich ohne Probleme sogar umklappen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich muss gestehen ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben ein Omelette aus Ei gegessen. Nicht weil ich schon immer vegan gelebt habe, sondern einfach weil ich nie was mit R\u00fchrei, Spiegelei oder Omelette anfangen konnte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei mir lag es immer an dem hartgekochten Eiwei\u00df, welches relativ schwabbelig ist und ich nie darauf kauen. Vielleicht kennst du sogar das Gef\u00fchl, und du hast auch ein Lebensmittel, welches du auf Grund der Konsistenz noch nie essen konntest?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daher kann ich pers\u00f6nlich nicht sagen wie authentisch dieses eifreie vegane Omelet ist und ich daher einfach mal meinem Mann glaube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch wenn du vielleicht nicht vegan lebst oder dich rein pflanzlich ern\u00e4hrst, du aber mehr auf pflanzliche Gerichte zur\u00fcckgreifen m\u00f6chtest, dann solltest du unbedingt mal diese Alternative zu einem traditionellen Eieromelette ausprobieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du ben\u00f6tigst nicht viele Zutaten f\u00fcr ein veganes Omelett. Hier f\u00fcr dich eine kleine \u00dcbersicht welche Zutaten hineinkommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcr das Omelet:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kichererbsenmehl<\/li><li>Flohsamenschalenpulver<\/li><li>Natron<\/li><li>Apfelessig<\/li><li>Hefeflocken<\/li><li>Kurkuma, Kala Namak, Knoblauchpulver, Zwiebelpulver<\/li><li>Pflanzendrink (Milch) bis die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcllung:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hakkaido-K\u00fcrbis\/ Butternut oder Muskatk\u00fcrbis (da kannst du die Schale mitessen)<\/li><li>Zwiebel in Streifen<\/li><li>Ingwer, Zimt, Piment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als erstes musst du f\u00fcr das vegane Omelett den Teig zubereiten. Dazu einfache alle Zutaten zu einem homogenen Teig verarbeiten, der von der Konsistenz einem Pfannenkuchenteig \u00e4hnelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt bereite die F\u00fcllung zu. Dazu schneide den K\u00fcrbis sowie die Zwiebeln klein, und brate diese in einer Pfanne oder im Backofen mit den angegeben Gew\u00fcrzen an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mache hier eine Messerprobe. Wenn du in den K\u00fcrbis hinein stichst, sollte dieser nachgeben und weich sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun backe die Omelettes als w\u00fcrdest du Pfannkuchen backen, dabei sollte das Omelette so gro\u00df wie die Pfanne sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ich brate gerne das Omelette von beiden Seiten an und gebe dann K\u00fcrbis F\u00fcllung auf eine H\u00e4lfte. Wenn du Tofu essen kannst, dann kannst du gerne \u00bc eines Seidentofus zu deinem Teig geben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diesen m\u00fcsstest du allerdings dann im Hochleistungsmixer dann p\u00fcrieren. Dadurch wird die Konsistenz noch weicher und ei-\u00e4hnlicher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt in der K\u00fcrbis Saison habe ich mein veganes Omelett mit K\u00fcrbis gef\u00fcllt. So wird es auch nicht langweilig zu einem klassischen Gem\u00fcse Omelette mit Spinat, Broccoli, Paprika. Pilzen, Spargel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst hier nat\u00fcrlich auch andere F\u00fcllungen nehmen oder es auch an deine G\u00e4ste anpassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den Teig auch den Abend vorher zubereiten, allerdings gebe erst kurz vor dem Backen das Natron und den Apfelessig dazu.
