Verwende ein scharfes Messer und steche in die Karotten, wenn die Karotten weich sind, sind sie fertig. In der Zwischenzeit die restlichen Zutaten in einen Beh\u00e4lter mit Deckel geben, der gro\u00df genug f\u00fcr alle Karotten ist, und kr\u00e4ftig umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Karotten weich genug sind, kratze die Haut mit einem Sch\u00e4lmesser ab, es sollte leicht sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwende nun einen Gem\u00fcsesch\u00e4ler und sch\u00e4le d\u00fcnne Karottenstreifen, bis die Karotten vollst\u00e4ndig in Streifen sind. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob die St\u00fccke k\u00fcrzer oder l\u00e4nger sind. Jetzt die Karotten in die Marinade geben und kr\u00e4ftig umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich lasse sie aber gerne \u00fcber Nacht oder 2-3 Tage einweichen, damit sie den Geschmack wirklich aufnehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die Karotten vor dem Servieren mit Dill bestreuen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Lasse den Karottenlachs einige Tage einweichen, damit er sein volles Aroma entwickelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"meerrettich-dip-anleitung\"><strong>Meerrettich Dip Anleitung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu R\u00e4ucherlachs oder Lachs im Allgemeinen wird gerne ein leckerer Meerrettich-Dip gereicht. Und das k\u00f6nnen wir kinderleicht vegan zubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die eingeweichten Cashewn\u00fcsse, Wasser, Ahornsirup und Senf in einen Hochleistungsmixer geben und p\u00fcrieren, bis eine Creme entsteht. Die Sahne in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und den vorbereiteten Meerrettich unterr\u00fchren. Es h\u00e4lt dort etwa 5 Tage. Ich mache gerne eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Portion und esse sie tags\u00fcber mit etwas Brot oder verwende sie zum Kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"serviervorschlaege\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Serviervorschl\u00e4ge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwende veganen R\u00e4ucherlachs in Rezepten, in denen du tierische verwenden w\u00fcrdest.
