Damit erreichst du eine kr\u00e4ftige Br\u00fche ohne die extreme S\u00fc\u00dfe der Fruchts\u00e4fte. Daf\u00fcr ersetzen wir den Rotwein. Die H\u00e4lfte davon durch eine leckere Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die andere H\u00e4lfte durch einen dunklen Saft wie Trauben- oder Johannisbeersaft. Diese S\u00e4fte sind von Natur aus nicht zu s\u00fc\u00df. Zus\u00e4tzlich kannst du noch Spritzer Zitronensaft dazugeben. Auch hier sollte das ged\u00fcnstete Gem\u00fcse sch\u00f6n dunkel sein. Und dank der Sojasauce und der dunklen Misopaste bekommt die Sauce eine sehr sch\u00f6ne Farbe, die Nicht-Veganer nicht merken l\u00e4sst, dass diese Sauce vegan ist.
