Oder f\u00fcge einen L\u00f6ffel <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-frischkase\/\">veganen Frischk\u00e4se<\/a> hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>Scharf<\/strong>: F\u00fcr diejenigen, die es scharf m\u00f6gen, f\u00fcge einige rote Chiliflocken hinzu.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zubereitung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Koche deine Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung al dente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuerst die gew\u00fcrfelten Zwiebeln in etwas Wasser bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten. Sobald sie glasig sind, den Spinat hinzuf\u00fcgen. Lasse den Spinat zusammenfallen und brate ihn an, bis du den frischen Spinatgeruch nicht mehr wahrnimmst. Die Spinatzwiebeln mit allen anderen Zutaten in einen Hochleistungsmixer geben und sehr cremig mixen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gekochten Nudeln abgie\u00dfen und mit der Spinatsauce vermengen. Lasse es auf Raumtemperatur abk\u00fchlen, bevor du es in den K\u00fchlschrank stellst. Im K\u00fchlschrank h\u00e4lt es sich etwa 5 Tage.<\/li><li><strong>Einfrieren<\/strong>: Ich empfehle, die Spinatsauce einfach einzeln einzufrieren und frische Nudeln damit zu kochen. Die Sauce kann bis zu 3 Monate eingefroren werden.<\/li><li><strong>Aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Du kannst die Spinat-Nudelsauce in der Mikrowelle oder auf dem Herd aufw\u00e4rmen. Wenn die So\u00dfe eingedickt ist, kannst du noch etwas Fl\u00fcssigkeit hinzuf\u00fcgen, bis die Konsistenz deinen W\u00fcnschen entspricht. Mandelmilch, Wasser oder Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche funktionieren hier sehr gut.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"serviervorschlaege\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Serviervorschl\u00e4ge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst dieses k\u00f6stliche Nudelgericht einfach so servieren oder etwas mehr hinzuf\u00fcgen. Ich serviere sie als Beilage oder mische sie unter die Nudeln.<\/li><li><strong>Brot:<\/strong> Ich liebe es, gutes Brot wie mein <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vollkornbrot\/\">Saatenbrot<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/glutenfreies-buchweizen-brot\/\">glutenfreies Brot<\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/baguette\/\">Baguette<\/a> in meine Spinatnudeln zu tunken.<\/li><li><strong>Protein:<\/strong> Wie oben erw\u00e4hnt, f\u00fcge etwas zus\u00e4tzliches Protein wie <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/tofu-nuggets\/\">knusprige Tofuw\u00fcrfel<\/a>, Tempeh und wei\u00dfe Bohnen hinzu.
