Wenn du es nicht verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch frisch gemahlenen schwarzen Pfeffer und Meersalz verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Balsamico-Glasur<\/strong>: Du kannst entweder im Laden gekaufte Balsamico-Glasur verwenden. Wof\u00fcr du auch eine Balsamico-Reduktion verwenden k\u00f6nntest. Einfach kurz k\u00f6cheln lassen. Du kannst auch eine einfache Balsamico-Vinaigrette oder Balsamico-Essig verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Frische Basilikumbl\u00e4tter:<\/strong> Verwende eine Handvoll Basilikumbl\u00e4tter. Gebe etwas Farbe mit verschiedenen Tomaten hinzu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf einer attraktiven Servierplatte abwechselnd eine Scheibe Mozzarella und eine Scheibe Tomaten legen, bis die Platte voll ist. Streue etwas von meinem Tomaten-Mozzarella-Gew\u00fcrz dar\u00fcber.
