Der Mozzarella-K\u00e4se wird mit Sonnenblumenkernen etwas cremefarben. Eine andere M\u00f6glichkeit besteht darin, statt Cashewn\u00fcssen auch Kokosmilch zu verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Wei\u00dfe Bohnen<\/strong>: Ich liebe es, meinem pflanzlichen Mozzarella etwas mehr Protein und weniger Fett hinzuzuf\u00fcgen. Stattdessen kannst du problemlos mehr Cashewn\u00fcsse verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> Anstelle von Zitronensaft einen halben Teel\u00f6ffel Zitronens\u00e4ure hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li><strong>Meersalz:<\/strong> Dies ist v\u00f6llig optional, meistens verwende ich pinkes Salz. F\u00fcr eine salzfreie Mozzarella-Alternative kannst du das Salz auch weglassen.<\/li><li><strong>Physiliumschale:<\/strong> Ich finde, dass sie deinem hausgemachten veganen Mozzarella-Rezept eine sch\u00f6ne, dehnbare Konsistenz verleiht. F\u00fcge deinem hausgemachten veganen K\u00e4se etwas Knoblauchpulver oder Knoblauchsalz hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>St\u00e4rkerer K\u00e4segeschmack:<\/strong> F\u00fcr einen intensiveren K\u00e4segeschmack gebe etwas Hefeflocken hinzu.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zubereitung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Zubereitung&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist ziemlich einfach gemacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuerst gibst du alle einfachen Zutaten in einen Hochleistungsmixer und mixt alles, bis eine sehr cremige Masse entsteht. Als n\u00e4chstes gie\u00dft du die Sahne in einen kleinen Topf und erhitzest sie unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren bei mittlerer Hitze. Sobald es die Konsistenz von geschmolzenem K\u00e4se hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun kannst du den&nbsp;gie\u00dfbaren veganen Mozzarella in ein rundes Gef\u00e4\u00df geben und abgedeckt mindestens etwa 2 Stunden oder besser \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mozzarella-Kugeln: <\/strong>Du m\u00f6chtest dehnbaren, veganen Mozzarella-K\u00e4se zu Kugeln formen. Benutze etwas Frischhaltefolie, gie\u00dfe etwa 2\u20133 Essl\u00f6ffel oder einen Eisl\u00f6ffel der K\u00e4seso\u00dfe hinein und drehe&nbsp;die Folie zu. Lasse es au\u00dferdem einige Stunden ruhen, damit es fester wird.
