Alle trockenen Zutaten in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel vermischen. F\u00fcge das Wasser hinzu und r\u00fchre, bis alles gut vermischt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stelle die Sch\u00fcssel beiseite und lasse den Teig etwa 5\u201310 Minuten lang eindicken. Die Mischung wird dicker und erh\u00e4lt eine teigartige Konsistenz. Bereite in der Zwischenzeit 2 Backbleche mit Backpapier vor. \u00dcbertrage die Mischung auf die vorbereiteten Bleche. In einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht verteilen, ohne L\u00f6cher in der Schicht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15 Minuten backen (insgesamt 60 Minuten). Ziehe das Blech heraus, nehme einen Pizzaschneider und schneide die Cracker in die gew\u00fcnschte Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Ich liebe die H\u00e4lfte davon in Crackergr\u00f6\u00dfe und die andere H\u00e4lfte in Kn\u00e4ckebrotgr\u00f6\u00dfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weitere 45 Minuten (\u00b110 Minuten) backen. Behalte deine Cracker im Auge, damit sie nicht zu dunkel werden. Sie brennen wirklich schnell an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die veganen Cracker aus dem Ofen nehmen und etwa 5 Minuten abk\u00fchlen lassen. Kein Gitterrost erforderlich. Wenn du bl\u00fctenzarte Haferflocken verwendest, musst du die Haferflocken nicht so lange einweichen wie bei kernigen Haferflocken.<\/li><li><strong>Mehl: <\/strong>Du kannst entweder Vollkornmehl, Allzweckmehl oder Dinkelmehl verwenden. Um es glutenfrei zu machen, kannst du auch glutenfreie Mehlmischung, braunes Reismehl oder Mandelmehl verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Samen:<\/strong> Du kannst verschiedene Arten von Samen deiner Wahl verwenden. Wenn du verschiedene Samen wie K\u00fcrbiskerne oder Hanfsamen verwendest, achte darauf, die Zutaten zu wiegen und das Gewicht der Samenmischung gleich zu halten. Anstelle von Leinsamen (Goldleinsamen) kannst du Chiasamen zur Herstellung von Chiasamen-Crackern verwenden.<\/li><li>Pinkes Salz: Ich verwende gerne pinkes Himalaya-Salz, aber du kannst auch Meersalz verwenden. Es liegt an dir. Du kannst es auch ohne Salz zubereiten und f\u00fcr mehr Geschmack etwas Zitronensaft, Essig oder Zitronenschale verwenden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Variationen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kannst du deine knusprigen Cracker andere Geschmacksrichtungen hinzuf\u00fcgen? Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du das tun. Hier sind einige Geschmacksrichtungen, die ich gerne zu meinen hinzuf\u00fcge. Ich wei\u00df, dass dein K\u00f6rper die N\u00e4hrstoffe der Leinsamen leichter aufnehmen kann, wenn sie geschrotet sind.<\/li><li>Du kannst auch s\u00fc\u00dfe vegane Leinsamencracker zubereiten und etwas Ahornsirup hinzuf\u00fcgen, wenn du Hei\u00dfhunger auf etwas S\u00fc\u00dfes versp\u00fcrst.<\/li><li>Am liebsten schneide ich meine Cracker nach 15\u201320 Minuten Backzeit an. Es ist sp\u00e4ter einfacher, sie in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe aufzuteilen.
