Wenn die Zwiebeln an der Pfanne kleben, einen Schluck Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche oder Wasser hinzugeben. Wiederhole diesen Schritt, bis die Zwiebel leicht braun ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Zwiebeln anschwitzen, kannst du den Blumenkohl in mundgerechte R\u00f6schen teilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcge den Zwiebeln die Gew\u00fcrze mit zerkleinerten Bockshornkleesamen hinzu. Und bei mittlerer Hitze etwa 1 Minute anbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die gew\u00fcrfelten Tomaten, das Tomatenmark und die Kokosmilch hinzugeben. Alles kr\u00e4ftig umr\u00fchren, sodass eine Tomaten-Sahne-Sauce entsteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen dazugeben und zugedeckt ca. 8\u201310 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Den Blumenkohl mit einem Messer anstechen und pr\u00fcfen, ob der Blumenkohl weich ist, aber nicht br\u00f6ckelt. W\u00fcrze nach deinem eigenen Geschmack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong> Eventuell noch etwas Kokosmilch oder Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche dazugeben, um genug So\u00dfe f\u00fcr den Blumenkohl zu haben. Wenn du keinen Blumenkohl zur Hand hast, kannst du stattdessen Kichererbsen oder Tofu verwenden. Ich empfehle, Tofuw\u00fcrfel und Kichererbsen im Ofen zu r\u00f6sten, bevor du sie in die Sauce gibst.<\/li><li><strong>Ingwer:<\/strong> Wenn du keinen frischen Ingwer zur Hand hast, kannst du auch Ingwerpulver verwenden. F\u00fcge einfach \u00bd -1 Teel\u00f6ffel Ingwerpulver mit den anderen Gew\u00fcrzen hinzu. Du kannst den Ingwer auch weglassen, was diesem indischen Curry eine besondere W\u00fcrze verleiht.<\/li><li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Du kannst stattdessen auch Knoblauchpulver verwenden, f\u00fcge es einfach mit den anderen Gew\u00fcrzen hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>Bockshornkleesamen<\/strong>: Theoretisch kannst du die Bockshornkleesamen im vegetarischen Butter Chicken weglassen. Aber Bockshornklee ist ein typisches Curry-Gew\u00fcrz, das lebendige Aromen hinzuf\u00fcgt. Wenn du jemals Bockshornklee gerochen hast, erinnert dich der Geruch vielleicht an Curry. Wenn du also die M\u00f6glichkeit hast, Bockshornkleesamen zu kaufen, empfehle ich dir, dies zu tun. Du fragst dich jetzt vielleicht, was du mit den restlichen Samen machen sollst. Diese kannst du keimen lassen und als kleine Sprossen essen, zum Beispiel auf deinem n\u00e4chsten Toast oder Sandwich.<\/li><li><strong>Tomaten<\/strong>: Ich muss sagen, ich habe noch nicht versucht, die Tomaten zu ersetzen. Ich k\u00f6nnte mir aber vorstellen, dass man anstelle von Tomaten auch K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree verwenden kann. Der Geschmack \u00e4ndert sich ein wenig, aber die Sauce sollte trotzdem lecker schmecken.<\/li><li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Keine Notwendigkeit f\u00fcr Sahne. Die Kokosmilch wird verwendet, um diese vegane Blumenkohl-Buttersauce so unglaublich cremig und voller Geschmack zu machen. Statt Kokosmilch kannst du auch Cashewmilch oder Sonnenblumenkernmilch verwenden oder Mandelmilch verwenden. Je nach Eindickung braucht man etwas mehr oder weniger.<\/li><li><strong>Garam Masala<\/strong>: Es ist ein Currypulver, du kannst auch ein anderes Currypulver verwenden, wenn du Je nachdem, wie weich der Blumenkohl ist, kann der Blumenkohl beim Aufw\u00e4rmen matschig werden. Oder du kannst nur die vorbereitete Sauce einfrieren. Ich muss sagen, ich friere lieber nur die Sauce ein, im Gefrierschrank h\u00e4lt sie sich ca. 3 Monate.<\/li><li><strong>Auftauen und Aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Zum Auftauen die Sauce am Vorabend in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen und dort auftauen lassen. Du kannst nun die Butter Chicken Sauce in einem Topf erhitzen und den Blumenkohl k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der Blumenkohl die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht hat.
