Aber auch hier m\u00f6chte ich dir ein paar M\u00f6glichkeiten aufzeigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Gurke<\/strong>: Ich verwende gerne die Salatgurke, weil sie eine d\u00fcnnere Haut hat. Wer m\u00f6chte, kann nat\u00fcrlich auch Essiggurke verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Rote Zwiebel:<\/strong> Die roten Zwiebeln oder Schalotten haben einen milderen Geschmack. Du kannst auch normale gelbe oder wei\u00dfe Zwiebeln verwenden. Ich verwende normalerweise die Zwiebeln, die ich zur Hand habe. Du kannst auch Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li><strong>Dill:<\/strong> Du m\u00f6chtest keinen Dill verwenden? Dann verwende einfach Petersilie oder andere frische Kr\u00e4uter, die du gerne in den Salat gibst. Du kannst auch getrocknete Kr\u00e4uter verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Essig<\/strong>: Du kannst einen Schuss Essigessenz oder einen Haushaltsessig wie Wei\u00dfweinessig oder Apfelessig, Rotweinessig verwenden. Im Rezept habe ich Essig mit 5 % S\u00e4ure verwendet.<\/li><li><strong>Meersalz:<\/strong> Verwende f\u00fcr eine salzarme Version des Rezepts etwas Zitronenschale oder Zitronensaft f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzlichen Geschmack. Aber denke daran, je l\u00e4nger der Gurkensalat steht, desto mehr Wasser zieht er. Ich finde es lecker, wenn es gut gemacht ist. Ich muss sagen, dass ich das Dressing auch gerne trinke.<\/li><li><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Ich empfehle nicht, den Gurkensalat einzufrieren. Denn die Gurken bestehen fast ausschlie\u00dflich aus Wasser. Die Konsistenz wird sich \u00e4ndern.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"im-voraus-vorbereiten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Im voraus vorbereiten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Gurkensalat l\u00e4sst sich hervorragend im Voraus zubereiten und unter der Woche essen.
