Du kannst hier aber deine Lieblingsnudeln verwenden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linsennudeln und Kirchererbsennudeln sind super als glutenfreie Alternative.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-schwarze-oliven\">schwarze Oliven<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von schwarzen Oliven kannst du auch Kalamata Oliven oder auch gr\u00fcne Oliven verwenden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Artischocken-Oliven-Nudelsalat wird damit auch sehr lecker schmecken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-palmherzen\">Palmherzen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Palmherzen dienen im Prinzip als H\u00fchnerersatz f\u00fcr einen Chicken-Artischocken-Nudelsalat, wenn du jetzt keine Palmherzen bekommen kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich wei\u00df, dass ich diese bei meinen Eltern in einem gut sortierten Supermarkt finde. Du kannst auch Jackfrucht verwenden und diese mit einer Gabel in Fasern ziehen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-petersilie\">Petersilie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst hier auch andere Kr\u00e4uter verwenden zum Beispiel Dill kannst du anstelle von dem Salat verwenden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du diesen mexican style machen m\u00f6chtest, kann ich mir auch Koriander vorstellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cashews\">Cashews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch hier kannst du die Cashews durch Sonnenblumenkerne ersetzen. Dazu musst einfach eine glutenfreie Nudelsorte verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nussfrei\">Nussfrei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie schon erw\u00e4hnt weiter oben musst du die Cashews ersetzen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hierzu kannst du zum Beispiel Sonnenblumenkerne verwenden, diese machen das Dressing auch so super cremig. Probiere es einfach mal aus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sojafrei\">Sojafrei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir verwenden keine sojahaltigen Lebensmittel in diesem Nudelsalat. So ist dieser Nudelsalat nicht nur vegan, sondern auch sojafrei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-salzfrei-salzarm\">Salzfrei \/ Salzarm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle des Wassers verwende Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche, um an Salz zu sparen. So hast du mehr Geschmack und du kannst die Salzmenge anpassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn dir das Dressing nicht genug Geschmack hat, empfehle ich dir etwas mehr Essig hinzugeben.
