Verwende die Pulsfunktion, bis sie grob zerkleinert sind. F\u00fcge es dem Gew\u00fcrz hinzu.<br>Nehme eine Gabel und zerkleinere die Palmherzen. Diese ebenfalls in die Sch\u00fcssel geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sellerie w\u00fcrfeln und ebenfalls hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Knoblauchzehe und 1 kleine Schalotte hacken und dazu geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mische alles, bis es gut vermischt ist. Lege es in den K\u00fchlschrank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit einige Semmelbr\u00f6sel auf einen Teller geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nimm die Sch\u00fcssel aus dem K\u00fchlschrank und verwende \u00bc Tasse (60 ml oder 4 EL) der Mischung, um die dicken Bratlinge zu formen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit den Semmelbr\u00f6seln bestreuen und im vorgeheizten Ofen etwa 20 Minuten backen. \u00dcberpr\u00fcfe, ob sie goldbraun sind. Verwende dazu einfach eine beschichtete Pfanne. Wenn du \u00d6l isst, kannst du hier auch etwas \u00d6l zum Anbraten verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-heissluftfritteuse-methode\">Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse-Methode<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse auf 200 \u00b0C vorheizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite die vegetarischen Fischfrikadellen wie oben beschrieben zu. Anstelle der Palmherzen kannst du auch eine zweite Dose Artischocken verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Artischocken:<\/strong> Magst du keine Artischocken oder hast du keine zur Hand? Kein Problem, ersetze sie einfach durch eine andere Dose Palmherzen.<\/li><li><strong>Sellerie<\/strong>: Die Selleriestange gibt einen tollen, salzigen Geschmack. Den Sellerie kannst du hier nat\u00fcrlich weglassen. Oder verwende ein St\u00fcck Knollensellerie.<\/li><li><strong>Tahini:<\/strong> M\u00f6chtest du kein Tahini verwenden? Verwende einfach ein anderes Nussmus, zum Beispiel Mandel-, Cashew- oder Sonnenblumenkerne.<\/li><li><strong>Sojasauce:<\/strong> Sojasauce ist nicht glutenfrei. Wenn du jetzt auf eine Alternative zur\u00fcckgreifen m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich dir Tamari zu nutzen. Ein Beispiel f\u00fcr eine sojafreie W\u00fcrzsauce sind Kokosaminos.<\/li><li><strong>Old Bay Gew\u00fcrz:<\/strong> Du kannst hier entweder das gekaufte Old Bay Seasoning verwenden oder es schnell selbst mischen. Vielleicht hast du sogar die meisten Zutaten zu Hause. Das Rezept f\u00fcr das Old Bay Gew\u00fcrz findet ihr bei meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-fisch-tacos\/\">veganen Fischtacos<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Semmelbr\u00f6sel: <\/strong>Hier kannst du klassische Semmelbr\u00f6sel verwenden. Oder du kannst es schnell selbst machen. Du kannst auch glutenfreie Semmelbr\u00f6sel f\u00fcr glutenfreie Palmherzen-Fischfrikdellen verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Kelp<\/strong>: Verwende Kelp-Pulver, Kelp-Granulat oder Algenflocken. Normalerweise verwende ich das, was ich zur Hand habe. All diese helfen mit Meeresfr\u00fcchte- \/ Fischaromen.<\/li><li><strong>Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<\/strong>: Keine Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln?
