Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, dass Tofu auch funktioniert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cashews\">Cashews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du m\u00f6chtest eine nussfreie Mayo herstellen? Dann verwende doch einfach Sonnenblumenkerne oder K\u00fcrbiskerne. Allerdings wird sich dann die Farbe etwas \u00e4ndern.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wasser\">Wasser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du m\u00f6chtest mehr Geschmack in deine vegane Mayonnaise. Dann gebe anstelle von Wasser Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-haushaltsessig-5-s-ure\">Haushaltsessig (5% S\u00e4ure)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich finde, Haushaltsessig verleiht den besten Geschmack. Du kannst aber auch Apfelessig oder Wei\u00dfweinessig verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Schauen wir uns doch einmal an wie du die vegane Mayo ohne \u00d6l an verschiedene Ern\u00e4hrungsformen anpassen kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nussfrei\">Nussfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese pflanzliche Mayo kannst du problemlos nussfrei zubereiten. Dazu ersetze einfach die Cashews durch Sonnenblumenkerne oder K\u00fcrbiskerne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-glutenfrei\">Glutenfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hierbei handelt es sich um ein glutenfreies veganes Mayo Rezept. Gebe nun die Bohnen in den Hochleistungsmixer sowie die Cashews, Wasser, Zitronensaft, Essig, Dijon Senf, Hefeflocken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun mixe so lange bis du eine cremige Konsistenz ohne St\u00fccke bekommst. Das ist ganz wichtig, damit du eine cremige Konsistenz wie Mayo erh\u00e4ltst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schmecke die Mayo gegebenenfalls mit Meersalz ab.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-im-voraus-zubereiten\">im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese vegane \u00f6lfreie Mayo l\u00e4sst sich prima im Voraus zubereiten. Es l\u00e4sst sich auch super einfrieren, so hast du immer was zur Hand.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese vegane Mayo l\u00e4sst sich prima im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. Dazu einfach die Mayo in einem verschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. Hier h\u00e4lt sich die Mayo ca. 5 Tage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie einfrieren?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eingefroren h\u00e4lt sich die Mayo ca. 2 Monate. Dazu friere sie portionsweise ein. Es ist super wichtig, dass keine St\u00fccke mehr \u00fcbrig sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nach Hochleistungsmixer empfehle ich dir, die Cashews vorher in hei\u00dfem Wasser einzuweichen. So wird die Mayo leichter cremig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mayo dickt noch nach.
