Wenn du jetzt lieber eine sojafreie Alternative m\u00f6chtest, kann ich dir Seitan oder auch Pilze empfehlen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich kann mir auch marinierte Rote Beete oder auch Blumenkohl sehr gut vorstellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-balsamico\">Balsamico&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Balsamico kannst du auch Rotwein Essig oder auch Apfelessig f\u00fcr das corned Tempeh&nbsp; verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tamari\">Tamari&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamari ist eine W\u00fcrzso\u00dfe wie Sojaso\u00dfe. Anstelle eine sojahaltige zu verwenden, kannst du auch Kokosaminos verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gew-rze\">Gew\u00fcrze&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An den Gew\u00fcrzen w\u00fcrde ich nichts austauschen, da diese den tollen authentisch Geschmack f\u00fcr das vegane Reuben Sandwich geben. Da ich mich lange damit besch\u00e4ftigt habe, welche Gew\u00fcrze eigentlich in so einem corned beef stecken, habe ich diese an das Rezept angepasst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cashews\">Cashews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Cashews kannst du gerne zu Sonnenblumenkerne greifen. Die restlichen Zutaten des veganen Reuben sind bereits glutenfrei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-keto\">Keto&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwende eine keto freundliche Brot Alternative. Zum Beispiel Eisbergsalat Bl\u00e4tter k\u00f6nnten hier funktionieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr das vegane corned beef verwende einfach Pilze, die du wie beschrieben einlegst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der sauce verwende nur Cashews und lasse die wei\u00dfen Bohnen weg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-paleo\">Paleo&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier kannst du im Prinzip wie bei der keto Version vorgehen. So verwendest du nur paleo freundliche Zutaten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nussfrei\">Nussfrei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du anstelle von cashews auf Sonnenblumenkerne zur\u00fcckgreift, hast du ein leckeres nussfreies veganes Reuben sandwich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sojafrei\">Sojafrei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du kein Soja essen m\u00f6chtest, dann kannst du ganz einfach anstelle von Tempeh eine Alternative wie seitan oder Pilze f\u00fcr das corned beef verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamari So\u00dfe ist sojahaltig. Und das wollen wir f\u00fcr das Corned Tempeh auch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daher ist es wichtig, dass du entweder mit einem Messer das Tempeh in sehr d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneidest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu halbiere oder drittel den Tempeh erst einmal und dann Schneide d\u00fcnne Scheiben ab. 3-4 Scheiben kannst du daraus schneiden. Wenn du eine Brotschneidemaschine zu Hause hast, dann kannst du auch damit versuchen hauchd\u00fcnne Scheiben zu schneiden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probiere einfach aus was f\u00fcr dich am besten funktioniert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun lege die Tempeh Scheiben zur Marinade und vermenge alles gut. So dass der ganze Tempeh umh\u00fcllt von der Marinade ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt lasse den Tempeh mindestens 1 Stunde oder besser \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank stehen. So bekommt dieser ordentlich Geschmack.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe den marinierten Tempeh in eine beschichtet Pfanne und brate den Tempeh von beiden Seiten gut an. Wenn dir der Tempeh zu trocken erscheint gebe etwas von der Marinade dr\u00fcber.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-russian-dressing\">Russian Dressing&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr das Russian dressing, gebe alle Zutaten in einen Hochleistungsmixer und mixe solange bis eine cremige So\u00dfe entsteht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sandwich-zusammenstellen\">Sandwich zusammenstellen&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lege zwei Scheiben Brot in eine Pfanne auf mittlerer Hitze. Gebe nun ein paar Scheiben von deinem Tempeh auf das Brot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nach dicke der Scheiben mehrere.
