Mais Tortillas sind glutenfrei und eignen sich prima bei der Zubereitung f\u00fcr eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Menge.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kartoffel\">Kartoffel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich nehme vorwiegend festkochende Kartoffeln. Ich mag es, wenn die Bratkartoffeln leicht zerfallen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du jetzt lieber festkochende verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du dies gerne tun.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-taco-gew-rz\">Taco Gew\u00fcrz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dem mexikanischen Geschmack in die Tacos zu bekommen, verwende ich hier ein Taco Gew\u00fcrz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst auch zu einem Fajita oder Burrito Gew\u00fcrz zur\u00fcckgreifen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du die Bratkartoffeln auch klassisch mit Paprikapulver, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-koriander\">Koriander<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich wei\u00df bei Koriander gehen die Meinungen auseinander, wenn du keinen Koriander verwenden m\u00f6chtest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oder du zum Beispiel Petersilie zu Hause hast, kannst du diese auch verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cashews\">Cashews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cashews k\u00f6nnen nicht alle essen. Die eigentlichen Tacos sind nussfrei. Nur bei der So\u00dfe m\u00fcssen wir aufpassen, dass wir keine Cashews verwenden. Stattdessen kannst du zum Beispiel Sonnenblumenkerne oder auch K\u00fcrbiskerne verwenden. Die Farbe wird sich etwas abweichen. Finde aber beide eignen sich hervorragend als Cremeersatz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sojafrei\">Sojafrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Rezept ist bereits sojafrei. Hier musst du keine Anpassungen vornehmen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glutenfrei<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Verwendung von Maistortillas sind deine Kartoffel-Tacos auch glutenfrei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-paleo\">Paleo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kartoffeln sind nicht Paleo freundlich. Um trotzdem diese zu genie\u00dfen, empfehle ich dir S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln zu verwenden. Sowie 3 Knoblauchzehen. Brate die Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen in einer beschichteten Pfanne mit einem Schluck Wasser an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kartoffeln kannst du jetzt in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer Sch\u00fcssel 2 EL Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und 2 TL Taco-Gew\u00fcrz mischen. F\u00fcgen die Kartoffeln hinzu und r\u00fchre diese um, bis jede Kartoffel etwas gew\u00fcrzt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe die Kartoffeln zu der Zwiebel hinzu und brate sie bei mittlerer Hitze, bis sie durchgekocht sind und braun werden. \u00dcberpr\u00fcfen Sie sie alle paar Minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mv-video\"><div class=\"mv-video-target mv-video-id-fb5gdaesbofilciam88v\" data-video-id=\"fb5gdaesbofilciam88v\" data-ratio=\"16:9\" data-volume=\"70\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit die Knoblauchsauce zubereiten. Cashewn\u00fcsse, wei\u00dfe Bohnen, zerdr\u00fcckte Knoblauchzehen, Zitronensaft und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche in einem Hochgeschwindigkeitsmixer geben und cremig r\u00fchren bis keine St\u00fccke mehr da sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcge den Koriander hinzu und verwende die Pulsfunktion, bis alles gut vermischt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00fcrze die Knoblauchsauce bei Bedarf mit etwas Meersalz und wei\u00dfem Pfeffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um die Tacos zu servieren, erw\u00e4rme die Tortillas und f\u00fclle sie dann mit Kartoffeln, Tomatenw\u00fcrfeln, Avocadow\u00fcrfeln, Knoblauchsauce und etwas gehacktem Koriander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-im-voraus-zubereiten\">im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Knoblauch-Koriander-So\u00dfe l\u00e4sst sich super im Voraus zubereiten. Hier kannst du sie schon 3 Tage vorher zubereiten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kartoffeln kannst du schon einen Tag vorher zubereiten und dann nochmal kurz in der Pfanne anbraten. Wenn du jetzt doch was dazu servieren m\u00f6chtest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salsa, Guacamole und selbstgebackene Tortilla Chips<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koriander Limetten Reis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refried Beans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maiskolben<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spanischer Reis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomaten Avocado Salat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die restlichen Kartoffel und So\u00dfe kannst du in separaten luftdichten Beh\u00e4ltern im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.
