Wenn du diese vegane Fisch Alternative aus vollwertigen Lebensmittel panieren m\u00f6chtest, kannst du dies gerne tun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servieren Kannst du diese leckeren Fisch tacos mit Mais Tortillas oder Weizentortillas dazu zaubern wir einen leckeren Rotkohlsalat, der super mit den Fisch tacos harmoniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei diesem tacos verwenden wir kein Tofu und keine Fertigprodukte. So hast du ein sojafreies Gericht, welches auch ganz einfach in glutenfrei zuzubereiten ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zutaten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachdem ich dir gesagt habe, dass wir Jackfruit und Palmherzen f\u00fcr diese vegan fish Tacos verwenden, m\u00f6chte ich dir die restlichen Zutaten zeigen. Bananenbl\u00fcten findest du oft in der Asia Abteilung im Supermarkt oder auch online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich Finde es ist einfacher Palmherzen und Jackfrucht zu finden und dadurch wie wir diese verarbeiten bekommst du eine tolle faserige Konsistenz, die an Fisch erinnert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vollkornmehl\">Vollkornmehl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Du jetzt die Fisch tacos glutenfrei zubereiten m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich hier dir eine glutenfreie Mehlmischung zu verwenden. Oder du kannst z.b. Hafermehl verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kelppulver\">Kelppulver<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du ein Sushi Liebhaber bist und du kein Kelppulver auf Vorrat hast. In der Rezeptkarte schreibe ich dir auf wie du das old Bay seasoning selbst herstellen kannst. Die meisten Gew\u00fcrze wirst du vielleicht wie wir schon auf Vorrat zu Hause haben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-koriander\">Koriander<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du jetzt keinen Koriander magst, dann kannst du auch frische Petersilie oder andere Kr\u00e4uter verwenden. Die meisten Menschen m\u00f6gen es oder hassen es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cashews\">Cashews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du jetzt keine Cashews verwenden m\u00f6chtest, dann empfehle ich dir Sonnenblumenkerne und wei\u00dfe Bohnen zu verwenden. Dazu verwende die eine H\u00e4lfte Sonnenblumenkerne und die andere H\u00e4lfte Bohnen Punkt und verarbeite es genauso wie mit den Cashews, damit du eine cremige Konsistenz bekommst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-limette\">Limette<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du jetzt nicht extra Limetten kaufen m\u00f6chtest und du hast z.b. Zitronensaft zu Hause, dann kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch Zitronensaft verwenden. Wenn du jetzt beides nicht zu Hause hast, aber du m\u00f6chtest es trotzdem zubereiten, dann kannst du auch Essig z.b. Apfelessig verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Limettensaft verwenden wir damit wir einen tollen Geschmack erhalten. Dazu verwendet z.b. maistortilla anstelle von Mehl Tortillas.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Des Weiteren verwende auch eine Alternative zu dem Mehl, dazu kannst du gerne deine glutenfreie Mehlmischung, die du zum Backen verwendest, verwenden. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, dass es mit Hafermehl gut schmecken kann. Ich habe es aber selbst noch nicht ausprobiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nussfrei\">Nussfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Um diese vegan Fisch Tacos in nussfrei herzustellen, musst du zum einen die So\u00dfe ohne Cashews herstellen und den Kohlsalat ohne Cashews. Dazu empfehle ich dir wei\u00dfe Bohnen und Sonnenblumenkerne zu verwenden. Entferne den harten Part der Jackfrucht und werfe ihn weg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zerkleinere die Jackfrucht und Palmenherzen mit einer Gabel. W\u00fcrfele die Zwiebel fein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verr\u00fchre in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel die Palmenherzen, Jackfrucht, Zwiebel, Old Bay Gew\u00fcrz, Kelppulver und Limetten- oder Zitronensaft bis alles gut vermischt ist. Gebe langsam Vollkornmehl dazu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcge einfach 1-2 Essl\u00f6ffel auf einmal hinzu, bis es zu einem Teig zusammen kommt und du Fischst\u00e4bchen formen kannst. Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du die Fischst\u00e4bchen panieren oder sie einfach so lassen, wie sie sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mixe Cashewn\u00fcsse und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche in einem Hochgeschwindigkeitsmixer, bis sie super cremig sind. Messe 80 ml dieser Creme und stelle sie beiseite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die restliche Creme in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit dem Saft einer Limette, Knoblauchpulver, Kreuzk\u00fcmmelpulver, Paprikapulver, einer Prise Cayennepfeffer Pulver und Tomatenmark cremig r\u00fchren. Auf Wunsch mit etwas wei\u00dfem Pfeffer und Apfelessig w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den Krautsalat den Rotkohl in feine Streifen schneiden, bis du etwa ein Volumen von 500 ml Kohl (ca. \u00bc Kohl) hast. F\u00fcge den Saft von 1 Limette und die beiseite gestellte Cashewcreme hinzu und massiere den Kohl. F\u00fcge 1 Tasse Mais, 1-2 EL frisch gehackten Koriander und \u00bc TL gehackte Jalapenos hinzu. Verr\u00fchre es, bis alles gut vermischt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Fischst\u00e4bchen braten, bis sie braun sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Servieren die Tortillas erw\u00e4rmen und mit Fischst\u00e4bchen, Krautsalat und Sauce f\u00fcllen. Mit etwas Koriander, Mais und Zwiebeln, Avocado garnieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-im-voraus-zubereiten\">im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese veganen Fisch Tacos lassen sich auch prima im Voraus zubereiten. Dazu einfach die Sauce 1-2 Tage vorher zubereiten. Den Krautsalat kannst du auch 1-2 Tage vorher zubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Fischst\u00e4bchen einfach vorbereiten und den Teig in einem verschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.
