Die Jackfrucht in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Nun die Zwiebeln w\u00fcrfeln und den Knoblauch hacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in einem gro\u00dfen Topf anschwitzen. Hin und wieder etwas Wasser zugeben. Wenn diese br\u00e4unlich werden, f\u00fcge die Jackfrucht hinzu. Etwa 2 Minuten anbraten. Gebe die Gew\u00fcrze hinzu und lasse die Jackfrucht schmoren, bis sie au\u00dfen eine sch\u00f6ne Farbe bekommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Jackfruit mit einem Spritzer Rotwein glasieren. Nehme den Rotwein und gebe so viel hinzu, dass der Topfboden gerade bedeckt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn es reduziert ist, gebe wieder etwas Rotwein hinzu. Das machst du so lange, bis der Rotwein aufgebraucht ist. Die Jackfrucht wird dunkler, das ergibt ein tolles Gulasch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit die Paprika in grobe, mundgerechte W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Nachdem der Rotwein aufgebraucht ist, zur Jackfruit geben und kurz unterr\u00fchren und ca. 2 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die Sojasauce hinzugeben und bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 1,5 Stunden k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die So\u00dfe nochmals abschmecken. Gegebenenfalls noch ein paar Gew\u00fcrze hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kartoffelst\u00e4rke in die 60 ml Wasser einr\u00fchren und langsam zur Sauce geben. Das Gulasch st\u00e4ndig umr\u00fchren. Es sollte sofort eindicken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"instant-pot-methode\">Instant-Pot-Methode:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gehe vor, wie im obigen Rezept beschrieben. Kein Problem. Auch hier habe ich eine Alternative f\u00fcr dich. Kr\u00e4uterseitlinge kaufen und in grobe W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Du kannst auch ein paar mit einer Gabel zerkleinern und erh\u00e4ltst Fasern wie zerkochtes Gulasch, das weich ist und auseinanderf\u00e4llt. Kr\u00e4uterseitlinge haben diese tolle Eigenschaft, denn der Stiel ist sch\u00f6n dick und l\u00e4sst sich leicht mit einer Gabel auseinander rei\u00dfen. Du kannst f\u00fcr diesen herzhaften Eintopf auch Soja-Medaillons verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Rotwein:<\/strong> Du m\u00f6chtest keinen Rotwein verwenden? Ich muss sagen, dass Rotwein einen wirklich tollen Geschmack gibt und dieses einfache vegane ungarische Gulaschrezept so unglaublich herzhaft macht. Du kannst den Rotwein auch durch etwa 4 Essl\u00f6ffel Balsamico-Essig oder Rotweinessig ersetzen. Gebe dies erst gegen Ende hinzu. Es muss nicht wie Rotwein \u00fcberkochen. Es gibt auch die Option f\u00fcr alkoholfreien Rotwein, wenn du wegen des Alkohols keinen Rotwein verwenden m\u00f6chtest.<\/li><li><strong>Kartoffelst\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Die Kartoffelst\u00e4rke wird zum Andicken der Gulaschsauce verwendet. Wenn du keine St\u00e4rke verwenden m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich, zerkochte, mehlige Kartoffeln wie Kartoffelp\u00fcree, fein zu zerstampfen und unterzur\u00fchren. Hier w\u00fcrde ich mit einer kleinen Kartoffel beginnen. St\u00e4rkekartoffeln haben viel St\u00e4rke, die die So\u00dfe bindet und sie dicker macht.<\/li><li><strong>Sojasauce<\/strong>: Wenn du beispielsweise kein Soja verwenden m\u00f6chtest und einige Sojasaucen Gluten enthalten, kannst Tamarisauce als glutenfreie Alternative verwenden. Verwende Kokosaminos als sojafreie Alternative. Hier kannst du 1:1 ersetzen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kartoffel:<\/strong> Du kannst auch eine Kartoffelgulaschsuppe zubereiten, einige Kartoffeln und anderes Gem\u00fcse wie Wurzelgem\u00fcse und Mais hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li><strong>Scharf:<\/strong> Du willst es scharf?
