Verwende einen gro\u00dfen Suppentopf, der gro\u00df genug ist, um die ganze Suppe aufzunehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit den Rotkohl in Streifen schneiden und einen Apfel w\u00fcrfeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rotkohl, Apfel und gekochte Rote Bete zugeben. Sowie Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche.<br>Muskatnuss, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Fenchelsamen, Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter und Wacholderbeeren in die Suppe geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gut umr\u00fchren und kochen lassen, bis der Kohl weich ist. Es dauert ungef\u00e4hr 30-40 Minuten. Es kommt darauf an, wie d\u00fcnn du den Kohl schneidest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwende einen P\u00fcrierstab, um die Suppe cremig zu mixen. Kokosmilch und optional Misopaste und Zitronensaft dazugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Suppe mit etwas frisch gemahlenem schwarzem Pfeffer und Meersalz w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Suppe mit \u00f6lfreien Gr\u00fcnkohlchips oder K\u00fcrbiskernen servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"schongarer-methode\">Schongarer Methode<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die Suppe auch im Slow Cooker zubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu bereite einfach alles wie beschrieben vor. Und lasse die Suppe auf einer niedrigeren Stufe garen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"schnellkochtopf-methode-instant-pot\">Schnellkochtopf  Methode (Instant Pot)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Du kannst die Lilasuppe auch im Schnellkochtopf zubereiten, einfach alles in den Topf geben und unter hohem Druck ca. 10 Minuten kochen lassen. Allerdings ist die Farbe nicht so sch\u00f6n und intensiv.<\/li><li><strong>Sellerie: <\/strong>Hier kannst du entweder Sellerie oder Knollensellerie verwenden. Beides funktioniert super.<\/li><li><strong>Wacholderbeere:<\/strong> Wer keine Wacholderbeeren zu Hause hat, kann sie weglassen. Der Geschmack wird nicht so intensiv sein. Wacholder verleiht Gerichten eine herzhafte Note.<\/li><li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Wer keine Kokosmilch oder Kokoscreme verwenden m\u00f6chte, dem kann ich Cashewmilch empfehlen. Das ist cremig und verleiht der veganen Rotkohlsuppe eine tolle Cremigkeit.<\/li><li><strong>Misopaste<\/strong>: Die Misopaste ist spritzig und verleiht der Suppe das gewisse Etwas. Gebe die Reste der veganen Rotkohlsuppe einfach in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter und lasse sie auf Zimmertemperatur abk\u00fchlen, bevor du sie in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/li><li><strong>Gefrierschrank:<\/strong> Du kannst die Suppe auch einfrieren. Einfach portionsweise in gefriergeeignete Beh\u00e4lter geben. Lasse die Suppe zun\u00e4chst auf Zimmertemperatur abk\u00fchlen und friere sie dann ein. Dort dauert es ca. 3 Monate.<\/li><li><strong>Meal Prep<\/strong>: Du kannst die Suppe im Voraus zubereiten. F\u00fcge dazu einen Essl\u00f6ffel Essig hinzu. Dadurch erh\u00e4lt der Kohl eine sch\u00f6ne Farbe.<\/li><li>Du kannst Cashewmilch auch selber machen.
