Den frischen Ingwer ebenfalls sch\u00e4len und hacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich eine halbe Stange Sellerie fein hacken. Das Gem\u00fcse in einem Topf mit etwas Wasser anschwitzen, bis die Zwiebeln bei mittlerer Hitze glasig oder leicht gebr\u00e4unt sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcge den ungekochten Reis, das Lorbeerblatt, das Kreuzk\u00fcmmelpulver, das Kurkumapulver und die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles bei schwacher Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der Reis weich ist und die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufgesogen ist. Eventuell noch etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du mehr Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen musst, f\u00fcge jeweils nur \u00bc Tasse bis \u00bd Tasse hinzu, bis der Reis weich ist. Zum Schluss den Apfelessig dazugeben und nochmals umr\u00fchren. Es dauert ungef\u00e4hr 40 Minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"schongarer\">Schongarer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst diesen goldenen Reis auch in einem Langsam-Kocher zubereiten. Kochst du den Reis einfach mit etwa 3,5 bis 4 Tassen Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche auf hoher Stufe f\u00fcr 2 bis 2,5 Stunden. Nach 2 Stunden pr\u00fcfe, ob der Reis al dente ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"instant-pot\">Instant-Pot<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Koche deinen gelben Basmatireis in einem Schnellkochtopf. Koche es einfach etwa 15 Minuten lang unter hohem Druck. Druck nat\u00fcrlich ablassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong> Den Ingwer kannst du ganz einfach mit einem kleinen L\u00f6ffel sch\u00e4len. Anstelle von Reis kannst du auch andere Getreidesorten wie Weizenkerne, Freekeh, Dinkel, Gr\u00fcnkern, Bulgur verwenden. Wenn du eine kohlenhydratarme Version w\u00fcnschst, empfehle ich die Verwendung von Quinoa. Je nach Situation musst du eventuell die Fl\u00fcssigkeitsmenge anpassen. Du kannst  auch Blumenkohlreis zubereiten und wie diesen Knoblauch-Kurkuma-Reis w\u00fcrzen.<\/li><li><strong>Sellerie:<\/strong> Der Sellerie verleiht ihm eine tolle, salzige Note. Auch hier kannst du Sellerie verwenden. Wenn du keinen Sellerie verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du ihn weglassen. Du kannst stattdessen Selleriepulver verwenden oder es einfach weglassen.<\/li><li><strong>Apfelessig:<\/strong> Wenn du keinen Apfelessig zu Hause hast, kannst du normalen Haushaltsessig oder Zitronensaft verwenden. Limettensaft geht auch.<\/li><li><strong>Kurkuma-Pulver:<\/strong> Normalerweise verwende ich Pulver, weil es hier schwer ist, frischen Kurkuma zu finden. Du kannst aber auch frischen Kurkuma verwenden. Ich w\u00fcrde 2 Essl\u00f6ffel gehackte frische Kurkuma verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Zwiebel:<\/strong> Statt frischer Zwiebel kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch Zwiebelpulver verwenden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><br>Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kokosnuss-Kurkuma-Reis<\/strong>: Gebe etwas Kokosmilch zu deinem indischen Kurkuma-Reis hinzu, um ihm eine zus\u00e4tzliche Cremigkeit zu verleihen.<\/li><li><strong>Scharf:<\/strong> Du liebst scharfes Essen? Einfach in einem Topf bei mittlerer Hitze erw\u00e4rmen.<\/li><li><strong>Einfrieren<\/strong>: Den Reis portionsweise einfrieren, der Kurkuma-Reis h\u00e4lt sich dort ca. 1 Monat.
