Bei schwacher Hitze etwa 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Achte darauf, dass der Reis nicht am Topfboden kleben bleibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backofen auf 175\u00b0C vorheizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit Mehl, Mandelmehl (gemahlene Mandeln), Pfeilwurzmehl, Ahornsirup oder Dattelpaste und Mandelmilch verkneten, bis alles zusammenkommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Teig auf Backpapier kreisf\u00f6rmig ausrollen. Es sollte gro\u00df genug sein, dass es in eine 28 cm Springform passt und am Rand hochkommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nehme die Form und dr\u00fccke die Kruste in die Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun solltet ihr den M\u00fcrbeteig etwa 5 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seidentofu, festen Tofu und Ahornsirup in einem Hochleistungsmixer cremig und glatt mixen. Wir wollen eine wirklich cremige Konsistenz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Handvoll Rosinen sowie die Schale und den Saft einer Zitrone unterheben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun kannst du die Aprikosen p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den abgek\u00fchlten Milchreis unter die Tofucreme heben. Die Aprikosen auf dem Boden verteilen. Alle drei Sorten eignen sich sehr gut f\u00fcr das Rezept.<\/li><li><strong>Gemahlene Mandeln oder Mandelmehl<\/strong>: Die Mandeln dienen als \u201eFetttr\u00e4ger\u201c, da wir keine Butter, Margarine oder \u00d6l verwenden. Wenn du keine Mandeln verwenden m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich dir entweder Haseln\u00fcsse, Macadamian\u00fcsse oder K\u00fcrbiskerne zu mahlen.<\/li><li><strong>Pfeilwurzmehl<\/strong>: Anstelle von Pfeilwurzmehl kannst du auch Kartoffelst\u00e4rke oder Maisst\u00e4rke verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Mandelmilch<\/strong>: Du kannst so ziemlich jede pflanzliche Milch deiner Wahl verwenden. Wie Cashewmilch, Reismilch, Kokosmilch, Sojamilch f\u00fcr eine cremige Textur.<\/li><li><strong>Reis<\/strong>: F\u00fcr Milchreis eignet sich am besten ein Reis mit viel St\u00e4rke. Hier gibt es oft Langkornreissorten, die als Milchreis oder Risottoreis deklariert sind. Ich kaufe gerne Arborio-Reis.<\/li><li><strong>Aprikosen<\/strong>: Wie oben bereits erw\u00e4hnt, kannst du hier auch andere frische Fr\u00fcchte wie Dattelpaste oder goldene Rosinen verwenden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>K\u00fcrbisgew\u00fcrz<\/strong>: Dieser Reiskuchen ist nicht nur etwas f\u00fcr den Fr\u00fchling, f\u00fcge ihm einen Herbsttwist hinzu. Gebe etwas K\u00fcrbiskuchengew\u00fcrz f\u00fcr den typischen Herbstgeschmack hinzu. Du kannst sogar verr\u00fcckt werden und etwas K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li><strong>Orangenschale<\/strong>: Machst du diesen veganen Puddingkuchen mit Orangenschale und Zimt. Den Milchreis mit Zimtstangen oder gemahlenem Zimt k\u00f6cheln lassen. Es wird fantastisch schmecken. Friere die andere H\u00e4lfte f\u00fcr einen anderen Anlass ein.<\/li><li><strong>Auftauen<\/strong>: Taue den Kuchen im K\u00fchlschrank auf, du musst den Kuchen nicht erneut erhitzen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"meal-prep\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><br>Meal Prep<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich empfehle sogar, den Kuchen am Vorabend zuzubereiten. Die Backzeit verk\u00fcrzt sich um etwa die H\u00e4lfte.
