Gebe sie dazu in einen Hochleistungsmixer oder in eine K\u00fcchenmaschine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Bulgur kochen und die schwarzen Bohnen absp\u00fclen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe nun Hafermehl, Backpulver, Bohnen, Leinsamen, Tomatenmark, Wasser und Melasse in eine K\u00fcchenmaschine, bis du eine grob gehackte Fleischb\u00e4llchenmischung erh\u00e4ltst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun alle Zutaten bis auf den Bulgur hinzugeben und mit der Pulse-Funktion mixen, bis alles vermischt ist. Hebe den Bulgur unter die Bohnen, ohne ihn weiter zu zerdr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backofen auf 200 \u00b0C vorheizen. Nehme einen Essl\u00f6ffel und nehme einen Essl\u00f6ffel Teig. Nun Kugeln formen ca. 2,5 cm gro\u00df. Diese auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen und im vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 25-30 Minuten backen. Nehme sie aus dem Ofen und lasse sie etwa 5\u201310 Minuten stehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite nun die Sahnesauce zu. Daf\u00fcr eine Zwiebel und die Knoblauchzehen sehr fein w\u00fcrfeln. Brate sie in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze an, bis sie goldbraun sind. F\u00fcge immer einen Schluck Wasser hinzu, wenn du bemerkst, dass der Boden braun wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Cashewkerne mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und der Mandelmilch in einem Hochleistungsmixer zu einer Creme p\u00fcrieren. Es sollten keine St\u00fccke \u00fcbrig bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sahne mit den restlichen Zutaten zu den Zwiebeln geben und gut verr\u00fchren. Nochmals mit Kokosaminos, Pfeffer und Meersalz abschmecken. Was du tun kannst, ist sie durch Kidneybohnen oder Linsen zu ersetzen.<\/li><li><strong>Seitanpulver<\/strong>: Das Glutenmehl hilft, die Hackb\u00e4llchen zu binden und macht sie nicht zu fest, sondern eher zart. Wenn du eine glutenfreie Version w\u00fcnschst, empfehle ich, das Glutenpulver durch Kartoffelst\u00e4rke oder Pfeilwurzst\u00e4rke zu ersetzen. Es kann sein, dass die Kugeln leicht von der Textur abweichen.<\/li><li><strong>Hafermehl:<\/strong> Wenn du kein Hafermehl finden kannst, mahle einfach Haferflocken in einem Hochgeschwindigkeitsmixer. Du kannst die Haferflocken auch durch anderes Mehl ersetzen.<\/li><li><strong>Bulgur:<\/strong> Der Bulgur wird verwendet, um die perfekte Konsistenz der schwedischen Frikadellen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Du kannst hier auch Sojagranulat oder Couscous verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Coconut Aminos oder Tamari<\/strong>: Das sind Alternativen zu Sojasauce. Du kannst auch gleiche Mengen Sojasauce verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Tahini:<\/strong> Dies ist eine Sesambutter. Wer das nicht mag, kann hier auch Mandelmus oder Cashewmus verwenden. Ich muss hinzuf\u00fcgen, wenn du zu einem Nussmus greifst, dann sind deine veganen K\u00f6ttbullar nicht mehr nussfrei.<\/li><li><strong>Melasse:<\/strong> Anstelle von Melasse kannst du auch Zuckerr\u00fcbensirup verwenden. Das verleiht den Hackb\u00e4llchen eine besondere Note.<\/li><li><strong>Cashewn\u00fcsse<\/strong>: Wenn du die traditionelle So\u00dfe nussfrei oder g\u00fcnstiger zubereiten m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich dir die Verwendung von Sonnenblumenkernen. Das ergibt auch eine einfache So\u00dfe. Passe hier die Milchmenge ein wenig an.<\/li><li><strong>Mandelmilch<\/strong>: Anstelle von Mandelmilch kannst du auch Sojamilch, Reismilch oder eine deiner liebsten pflanzlichen Milchsorten verwenden. Die vegetarischen Frikadellen einfach in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Ich empfehle, der Sauce nur so viele hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, wie du essen m\u00f6chtest. Sonst werden sie matschig. So kannst du die restlichen Bohnenb\u00e4llchen getrennt von der Sauce im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.<\/li><li><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Du kannst die Kugeln ganz einfach portionsweise einfrieren. Hier halten sie etwa 2 Monate. Zum Servieren die Hackb\u00e4llchen einfach \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen und bei mittlerer Hitze in der Pfanne erhitzen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"meal-prep\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Meal Prep<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die veganen K\u00f6ttbullar auch in gro\u00dfen Mengen zubereiten und einfrieren. Dazu einfach die braune So\u00dfe weglassen und das K\u00f6ttbullar ohne So\u00dfe auf ein Blech legen und auf dem Blech einfrieren.<br>Sobald diese durchgefroren sind, kannst du sie in einen Beutel oder Beh\u00e4lter geben. Auch diese lassen sich leicht f\u00fcr die Arbeit vorbereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu den schwedischen Hackb\u00e4llchen kannst du zum Beispiel Pommes frites, <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/kartoffelecken\/\">Kartoffelecken<\/a>, Nudeln, <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-spaetzle\/\">hausgemachte Sp\u00e4tzle<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-kartoffelbrei\/\">Kartoffelp\u00fcree <\/a>servieren. Quinoa, Blumenkohlreis und Reis sind kohlenhydratarme oder glutenfreie Optionen. So gefallen sie mir am besten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Rezept l\u00e4sst sich super in doppelter Menge zubereiten und dann einfrieren.
