Ab und zu einen Schluck Wasser dazugeben, damit die Zwiebeln nicht anbrennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Zwiebeln anschwitzen, die Tomaten klein schneiden. Und die Cashewcreme zubereiten, die Cashewkerne und die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Tomaten und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche, Thymian, Basilikum und ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lassen Sie die Tomaten etwa 10 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln, oder bis sie weich sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Suppe mit einem P\u00fcrierstab oder Hochgeschwindigkeitsmixer p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wem die Suppe zu w\u00e4ssrig ist, je nach verwendeter Tomatensorte noch etwas Tomatenmark hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Suppe mit Pfeffer und Meersalz abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die Suppe mit frischem Basilikum und einem L\u00f6ffel Cashew-Sahne dekorieren. Es ist ganz einfach. Die Tomaten an der Unterseite kreuzweise einschneiden und dann f\u00fcr ca. 1 Minute in kochendes Wasser legen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt ist es wichtig, dass du die Tomaten kalt absp\u00fclst. Lege dazu die Tomaten in kaltes Wasser. Jetzt sollte sich die Haut leicht abziehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Suppe ist es nicht zwingend notwendig. Weil du sie p\u00fcrierst und die Haut mit p\u00fcrierst. Den Lauch einfach wie die Zwiebel in einem Topf anschwitzen.<\/li><li><strong>Knoblauch<\/strong>: Der Knoblauch verleiht dem ganzen Gericht eine besondere Note. Wer Knoblauch nicht mag, kann ihn f\u00fcr diese frische Tomatensuppe einfach weglassen. Wenn Sie zum Beispiel B\u00e4rlauch oder Knoblauchschnittlauch zur Hand haben, k\u00f6nnen Sie hier auch etwas davon verwenden. B\u00e4rlauch oder Schnittlauch einfach sp\u00e4ter in die Suppe geben.<\/li><li><strong>Frische Tomaten<\/strong>: Frische, sonnengereifte Tomaten im Sommer verleihen der Suppe ein reichhaltiges Tomatenaroma. Anstelle von frischen Tomaten kannst du auch geh\u00e4utete Tomaten aus der Dose, Tomatenp\u00fcree oder gew\u00fcrfelte Tomaten aus der Dose verwenden. Ich bevorzuge sonnen gereifte Tomaten, sie haben den tomatigsten Geschmack. Und du wirst die beste Tomatensuppe kreieren.<\/li><li><strong>Basilikum und Thymian: <\/strong>Wenn du keinen Basilikum oder Thymian verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch Oregano verwenden. Oregano verleiht der Tomatensuppe einen tollen Geschmack und erinnert ein wenig an Pizza.<\/li><li><strong>Cashew-Creme:<\/strong> Wer Cashews nicht vertr\u00e4gt oder eine g\u00fcnstigere Alternative m\u00f6chte, dem empfehle ich Sonnenblumenkerne, statt Cashews zu verwenden. Dabei ist darauf zu achten, dass die Sonnenblumencreme beim Kochen nicht so stark eindickt wie die Cashewkerne. Du kannst auch gekaufte Sojasahne, Reissahne oder sogar leichte Kokosmilch f\u00fcr eine cremige Textur verwenden. Insgesamt kocht die Tomatensuppe etwa 15 Minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"servieroptionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Servieroptionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur Suppe kann man <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/baguette\/\">Baguette<\/a>, Kn\u00e4ckebrot oder leckere gegrillte K\u00e4sesandwiches servieren, die in den USA oft mit einer cremigen Tomatensuppe serviert werden. Du kannst diese Suppe auch mit Naturreis oder wei\u00dfem Reis servieren. Die Suppe mit hausgemachten veganen Croutons oder <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/knusprige-kichererbsen\/\">knusprigen Kichererbsen<\/a> toppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>K\u00fchlschrank: <\/strong>Die Tomatensuppe ist im K\u00fchlschrank ca. 5 Tage haltbar. Bewahre sie in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter auf.<\/li><li><strong>Gefrierschrank:<\/strong> Du kannst die Suppe in einem gefrierfesten Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr etwa 3 Monate einfrieren. Ich empfehle dir, die Suppe portionsweise einzufrieren. So kannst du sie immer nach Bedarf portionsweise hehrausnehmen.<\/li><li><strong>Aufw\u00e4rmen: <\/strong>Die Suppe im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen. Dazu am Vorabend in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. Du kannst die vegane Tomatensuppe bei mittlerer Hitze auf dem Herd erhitzen oder kurz in die Mikrowelle stellen. Diese Tomatensuppe schmeckt auch kalt hervorragend. Wie die spanische Tomatensuppe Gazpacho. Gazpacho wird klassisch kalt serviert und ist vor allem im Sommer eine tolle, erfrischende Suppe.<\/li><li><strong>Meal Prep: <\/strong>Diese Suppe kannst du zum Beispiel als Meal Prep am Sonntag f\u00fcr die Woche zubereiten.
