Oft habe ich diese anstelle von Popcorns im Kino gegessen und das vor meiner veganen Zeit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also musste eine Alternative her und warum nicht dieses Rezept auf das n\u00e4chste Level bringen und mit allem m\u00f6glichen beladen?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So kam dieses Rezept zu stande. Wenn du schon mal im mexikanischen Restaurant warst, die es hier in den USA wie Sand am Meer gibt, dann hast du sicherlich schon einmal ein \u00e4hnliches Rezept gesehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Und diese ultimativ beladenen Nachos machen richtig s\u00fcchtig und werden sicherlich nicht nur einmal zubereitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du auf mexikanisch inspirierte Gerichte genauso abf\u00e4hrst wie wir es tun, dann solltest du unbedingt dieser veganen Nacho-Platte einen Versuch geben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"warum-du-diese-veganen-nachos-machen-solltest\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Warum du diese veganen Nachos machen solltest:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>super einfach zuzubereiten&nbsp;<\/li><li>voller mexikanischer Geschmack&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>eine ges\u00fcndere Version des Originals<\/li><li>voll beladen mit Protein aus schwarzen Bohnen, refried Beans (Bohnenp\u00fcree), Linsen oder Tofu&nbsp;<\/li><li>wird ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg bei deinen G\u00e4sten&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"wie-kann-ich-gesuendere-vegane-nachos-machen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Wie kann ich ges\u00fcndere vegane Nachos machen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist gar nicht so kompliziert diese beladenen Nachos ges\u00fcnder zu machen. Zum einen kannst du anstelle von dem klassischen Hackfleisch H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann verwenden wir eine Menge an frischem Belag wie Tomaten, Avocado, Mais usw.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du f\u00fcr diese Nacho Platte \u00f6lfreie Tortilla Chips verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du diese ganz einfach selbstmachen. Dazu brauchst du Mais-Tortillas, die du in 6 Dreiecke wie einen Kuchen schneidest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese backst du dann im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 \u00b0C f\u00fcr ca. 16 Minuten. Du kannst optional die Tortillas leicht mit Limettensaft bepinseln. Wenn du oben auf die Zutatenliste mal schaust, nichts enth\u00e4lt Gluten. Und ist somit von Natur aus glutenfrei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-f-r-wieviele-personen-reicht-diese-platte\">F\u00fcr wieviele Personen reicht diese Platte?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Platte ist relativ gro\u00df und reicht f\u00fcr ca. 8 Personen. Je nachdem ob du noch etwas anderes servierst w\u00fcrde ich diese f\u00fcr 10 Personen kalkulieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"wie-bereite-ich-eine-vegane-nacho-platte-zu\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Wie bereite ich eine vegane Nacho Platte zu?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fange damit an, die Linsen zu kochen oder den Tofu auszupressen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit schneide die restlichen Zutaten entsprechend klein. Bereite die Nacho K\u00e4seso\u00dfe zu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt beginne damit die Zwiebeln in etwas Wasser anzud\u00fcnsten. Dazu gebe immer mal wieder einen Schluck Wasser hinzu. Die Zwiebeln sollten jetzt br\u00e4unlich werden. Gebe den Knoblauch hinzu, sowie den Tofu, falls du welchen verwendest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt mische das Taco Gew\u00fcrz unter. Wenn der Knoblauch anged\u00fcnstet oder der Tofu Farbe hat, gebe die restlichen Zutaten hinzu und lasse diese erw\u00e4rmen. Dazu r\u00fchre immer mal wieder kr\u00e4ftig um.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nun-kannst-du-die-platte-vorbereiten\">Nun kannst du die Platte vorbereiten:&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe die Chips auf deine Platte. Nun gebe das Bohnen-Gemisch \u00fcber die Chips. Jetzt toppe die Chips mit den Tomatenw\u00fcrfel, Avocadow\u00fcrfel, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel, schwarze Bohnen, Jalape\u00f1os, Koriander.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt gebe ordentlich die Nacho-K\u00e4se-Sauce sowie die Salsa dr\u00fcber und betr\u00e4ufele mit der scharfen So\u00dfe, optional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-bereite-ich-refried-beans-zu\">Wie bereite ich Refried Beans zu?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du findest keine refied Beans im Supermarkt. Schaue hier mal in der mexikanischen Abteilung. Wenn du diese selbst zubereiten m\u00f6chtest, kannst du diese relativ einfach zubereiten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu ben\u00f6tigst du:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>340 g gekochte Pinto Bohnen oder Schwarze Bohnen&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Zwiebelpulver, Knoblauchpulver, Chili Mix Pulver, Meersalz&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe die Zutaten in einen Food Processor und mixe so lange bis ein P\u00fcree entsteht. Und es hilft, einfach nichts zu sagen \ud83d\ude09&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hast du vielleicht einen Filmeabend mit Freunden oder als Date geplant, dann solltest du diese Platte unbedingt mal ausprobieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"was-kann-ich-mit-den-resten-machen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Was kann ich mit den Resten machen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Am besten schmecken die Nachos, wenn sie hei\u00df\/ warm sind und knusprig. Ich w\u00fcrde versuchen nur so viele auf die Platte zugeben, die auch gegessen werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst etwas von den Zutaten zur\u00fcckbehalten und sp\u00e4ter nochmal schnell belegen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Nacho K\u00e4se h\u00e4lt sich sehr gut im K\u00fchlschrank und kann f\u00fcr z.B. Burritos, Tacos, Quesadillas verwendet werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn ihr weniger Leute seit, bereite einfach weniger zu.
