Auf die gleiche Weise ein St\u00fcck Sellerie sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Schneide nun die Karotte in feine W\u00fcrfel und den Lauch in Scheiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das geschnittene Gem\u00fcse in einen gro\u00dfen Topf geben und mit etwas Wasser bei mittlerer Hitze anschwitzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend das Gem\u00fcse schmort, die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Linsen, die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die Kartoffeln zu den Zwiebeln geben. Einen halben Wei\u00dfkohl in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Kohl in die Suppe geben und k\u00f6cheln lassen. Nun die Gew\u00fcrze und die restlichen Zutaten bis auf die Erbsen hinzugeben und abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasse die Suppe k\u00f6cheln, bis die Linsen und der Kohl weich sind. Dies kann etwa 20 Minuten dauern. Nun die Erbsen hinzugeben und weitere 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"instant-pot\">Instant-Pot<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Du kannst diese herzhafte Suppe auch in einem Schnellkochtopf zubereiten. Koche die Suppe einfach etwa 10 Minuten lang unter hohem Druck. Und lasse den Druck auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"schongarer\">Schongarer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Slow Cooker-Version alle Zutaten in einen Schongarer geben und auf niedriger Stufe ca. 8 Stunden garen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f6f6f6\">Machst du diese Suppe, sieh dir auch meine anderen herzhaften Suppen wie <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-gruene-bohnensuppe\/\">Gr\u00fcne-Bohnen-Suppe<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/linsensuppe\/\">Linsensuppe<\/a> und meine anderen <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/kategorie\/suppen\/\">veganen Suppenrezepte<\/a> an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Wei\u00dfkohl<\/strong>: Anstelle von Wei\u00dfkohl kannst du auch einen anderen Kohl verwenden, wie zum Beispiel Wirsingkohl oder Rotkohl. Du kannst den richtigen Kohl nach deinen Vorlieben ausw\u00e4hlen.<\/li><li><strong>Linsen<\/strong>: Die Linsen geben dem Topf eine tolle Cremigkeit, wer keine braunen Linsen hat, kann auch Belugalinsen verwenden. Du kannst auch gesunde Bohnen hinzuf\u00fcgen. Wei\u00dfe Bohnen wie Cannellinibohnen, Kidneybohnen oder schwarze Bohnen. All diese geben eine sch\u00f6ne Menge an pflanzlichem Protein hinzu. F\u00fcr Bohnen empfehle ich vorgekochte Bohnen.<\/li><li><strong>Sojasauce:<\/strong> Du kannst die Sojasauce zum Beispiel durch Tamari, eine glutenfreie Sojasauce, oder Kokosaminos ersetzen.<\/li><li><strong>Veganes H\u00fchnerbr\u00fchenpulver:<\/strong> F\u00fcr dieses Rezept verwende ich mein <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganes-huehnerbruehe-pulver\/\">hausgemachtes veganes H\u00fchnerbr\u00fchenpulver<\/a>. Ich sch\u00e4tze, du hast etwas wie uns \u00fcbrig. Ich empfehle dir, den Eintopf wie folgt aufzubewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>K\u00fchlschrank: <\/strong>Du kannst den Eintopf im K\u00fchlschrank in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter bis zu 4-5 Tage aufbewahren.<\/li><li><strong>Gefrierschrank<\/strong>: Ich empfehle dir, den Kohl-Linsen-Eintopf portionsweise in gefrierfesten Beh\u00e4ltern einzufrieren. Im Gefrierschrank ist der Eintopf etwa 2 Monate haltbar.<\/li><li><strong>Aufw\u00e4rmen<\/strong>: Die Suppe am Vorabend aus dem Gefrierschrank nehmen und im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen. Zum Aufw\u00e4rmen die Suppe einfach in einem kleinen Topf erhitzen.<\/li><li><strong>Meal Prep:<\/strong> Diese Gem\u00fcsesuppe ist ideal f\u00fcr gesch\u00e4ftige Abende unter der Woche.
