Dazu einfach die gleiche Menge ersetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ahornsirup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Ahornsirup als S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel kannst du auch auf Dattelsirup oder Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker zur\u00fcckgreifen. Hier kannst du das nehmen, was dir am besten schmeckt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datteln&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datteln sind unglaublich s\u00fc\u00df und stecken voller N\u00e4hrstoffe. Die Eigenschaft der s\u00fc\u00dfe nehmen wir uns zum Vorteil und s\u00fc\u00dfen uns damit die Haferkekse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keine Datteln m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch andere S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mandelmehl&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Mandelmehl dient dazu, dass der Teig nicht zu trocken und z\u00e4h wird. Mandeln stecken voller gesunder Fette, die dabei helfen, dass die Haferkekse die richtige Textur bekommen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst hier z. B. Durch K\u00fcrbiskernemehl, Erdmandelmehl usw austauschen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mandelmilch&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mandelmilch dient hier als Milchalternative. Hier m\u00f6chte ich dir ein paar Beispiele geben wie du die Haferkekse anpassen kannst, damit diese z. B. Nussfrei, glutenfrei usw sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nussfrei&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die veganen Haferkekse lassen sich einfach nussfrei herstellen, dazu einfach ein Samenmehl oder auch ein Erdmandelmehl verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glutenfrei<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Prinzip sind die Haferkekse glutenfrei. Um sicherzugehen nehme Haferflocken die glutenfrei zertifiziert sind. Hafer ist glutenfrei wird aber oft in Fabriken verarbeitet, in denen glutenhaltiges&nbsp; Getreide verarbeitet wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paleo und Keto&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da es sich hierbei um Haferkekse handelt und Hafer die Hauptzutat ist, kann ich dir hier leider keine Alternative dazu geben. Paleo und Keto verbietet Getreideprodukte. Fange damit an die Sonnenblumenkerne sowie die Datteln einzuweichen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit gebe die kernigen Haferflocken, Hafermehl und Mandelmehl &nbsp; Backpulver, Natron in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mixe in einem Hochleistungsmixer die abgetropften Sonnenblumenkerne sowie die Datteln mit Wasser, Ahornsirup und Mandelmilch bis eine cremige Masse ohne St\u00fccke entsteht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sch\u00fctte die Creme zu den trockenen Zutaten, gebe dazu Vanilleextrakt, Zitronenabrieb, Zimt und optional Rosinen oder gehackte Datteln und vermenge alles bis eine homogene Masse entsteht, die gerade so zusammen kommt. Der Teig sollte eher an Streusel erinnern. Wenn dir der Teig zu feucht ist, was je nach Hafer und S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel sein kann, gebe etwas mehr Mandelmehl hinzu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe ca. 2 EL gro\u00dfe Teigb\u00e4lle auf ein Backblech und dr\u00fccke diese etwas platt. Lasse sie f\u00fcr ca. 15 Minuten stehen. Und backe die Haferkekse f\u00fcr ca. 15 Minuten. Lasse die Kekse auf einem Kuchengitter abk\u00fchlen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Voraus vorbereiten&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die Haferkekse bis zu 1-2 Tage im Voraus zubereiten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den Teig auch am Abend vorher vorbereiten und am n\u00e4chsten Tag frisch backen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Die veganen Haferkekse kannst du im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr ca. 1 Woche aufbewahren. Dazu die Kekse in eine verschlossene Box geben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst sie auch bei Raumtemperatur f\u00fcr ca. 4 Tage aufbewahren. Dazu in einen Luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter geben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Einfrieren die Kekse erst einmal auf einem Blech im Gefrierfach einfrieren und dann sp\u00e4ter portionsweise in Beh\u00e4lter einfrieren.
