Zum Beispiel sonnengereifte Tomaten, um der Sauce einen vollfruchtigen Geschmack zu verleihen.<br>Du solltest den Knoblauch nicht zu lange d\u00e4mpfen, sonst verliert er seinen Geschmack.<br>Wenn deine Arrabiata nicht den feinen Knoblauchgeschmack hat, kann es am Knoblauch selbst liegen. Italienischer und franz\u00f6sischer Knoblauch haben viel mehr Geschmack als der chinesische, der oft in Gesch\u00e4ften zu finden ist.<br>Versuche, einen hellvioletten Knoblauch zu finden.
