Allerdings ist darauf zu achten, dass du trotzdem Haferflocken kaufst, die als glutenfrei zertifiziert sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hafer wird oft in Fabriken verarbeitet, in denen auch andere Getreidesorten mit Gluten verarbeitet werden, somit gibt es ein Risiko der Kreuzkontamination.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du jetzt aus pers\u00f6nlichen oder gesundheitlichen Gr\u00fcnden kein Gluten konsumieren sollst, dann empfehle ich dir einen glutenfrei zertifizierten Hafer zu kaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt schauen wir uns mal an welche Haferriegel Zutaten sich leicht substituieren lassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mandelmilch\">Mandelmilch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir haben meist Mandelmilch zu Hause und verwenden diese. In den USA ist Mandelmilch doch tats\u00e4chlich g\u00fcnstiger als Hafermilch. Du kannst aber die Mandelmilch, unges\u00fc\u00dft durch jede andere Milchalternative ersetzen. Hier bieten sich z.B: Hafermilch, Reismilch, Sojamilch an.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dattelp-ree\">Dattelp\u00fcree<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Dattelp\u00fcree dient als S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel in diesem Haferriegel Rezept. Du kannst auch auf Ahornsirup, Dattelsirup, Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker zur\u00fcckgreifen. Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du auch eine Paste aus anderen getrockneten Fr\u00fcchten herstellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-erdnussbutter\">Erdnussbutter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du musst keine Erdnussbutter verwenden, hier kannst du auch auf ein anderes Nussmus zur\u00fcckgreifen z.B. Mandelmus, Cashewmus. Du kannst auch auf ein Mus aus Samen wie Sonnenblumenkerne zur\u00fcckgreifen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-apfelmus\">Apfelmus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Apfelmus kannst du auch auf andere Obstmuse zur\u00fcckgreifen, z.B. Birnenmus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-banane\">Banane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Banane dient hier auch als S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel und macht eine tolle Konsistenz. Wenn du jetzt keine Banane magst, dann greife einfach auf einen Apfel zur\u00fcck und schneide diesen in St\u00fccke.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-waln-sse\">Waln\u00fcsse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Waln\u00fcsse sind eine tolle Omega 3 Quelle. Anstelle von Waln\u00fcssen, kannst du auch auf Pekann\u00fcsse zur\u00fcckgreifen. Achte darauf, dass du auf glutenfrei zertifizierte Haferflocken zur\u00fcckgreifst, um sicherzugehen, dass keine Kreuzkontamination entsteht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-keto-und-paleo\">Keto und Paleo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Haferflocken sind nicht keto. Da es sich hier um ein Haferriegel handelt, ist es schwer diesen zu ersetzen. Du k\u00f6nntest versuchen verschiedene Nussmehle zu verwenden, um diese herzustellen. Ich habe es allerdings selbst nicht ausprobiert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nussfrei\">Nussfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Haferriegel lassen sich einfach in nussfrei zubereiten. Anstelle von Erdnussbutter verwende z.B. Sonnenblumenkernmus. Die Waln\u00fcsse kannst du durch Erdmandeln oder andere Samen ersetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zubereitung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Heize den Backofen auf 175\u00b0C vor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fange damit an, dass du in eine gro\u00dfen R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel, die Mandelmilch, Vanilleextrakt, Dattelp\u00fcree, Erdnussbutter und Apfelmus cremig verr\u00fchrst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe jetzt die Haferflocken, das Hafermehl sowie das Backpulver und den Zimt dazu. Verr\u00fchre es so lange bis alles miteinander gut vermischt ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt gebe die gew\u00fcrfelte Banane, die gehackten Datteln sowie die gehackten Waln\u00fcsse hinzu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lege eine 20x20 cm gro\u00dfe Auflaufform mit Backpapier aus und verteile darauf den Teig. Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du eine Banane halbieren und darauf legen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backe nun den Teig f\u00fcr ca. 35 Minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-im-voraus-zubereiten\">Im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Haferriegel eignen sich perfekt um im Voraus zubereiten, so hast du ein schnelles Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck zur Hand. Schauen wir uns doch mal an wie du sie aufbewahren kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-k-hlschrank\">K\u00fchlschrank<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im K\u00fchlschrank halten sich diese Haferriegel ohne Zucker f\u00fcr ca. 4-5 Tage. Dabei bewahre sie in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter auf. Zum Servieren, kannst du sie direkt aus dem K\u00fchlschrank servieren oder du l\u00e4sst sie auf Raumtemperatur erw\u00e4rmen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gefrierschrank\">Gefrierschrank<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Riegel lassen sich auch super portionsweise einfrieren. Dazu einfach die Bars auf einem Blech im Gefrierschrank einfrieren. Wenn diese gefroren sind, portionsweise in Beh\u00e4lter geben. So frieren die Bars nicht aneinander.
