Wir verwenden keine hochverarbeiteter Lebensmittel. Dieser Brownie Hummus ist nat\u00fcrlich ges\u00fc\u00dft mit Datteln. Du wirst sehen, wir verwenden nur nat\u00fcrliche Lebensmittel. Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch auf z.B. wei\u00dfe Bohnen oder auch schwarze Bohnen zur\u00fcckgreifen und damit den Dip machen. Dazu einfach 1:1 ersetzen. Du musst eventuell das Wasser anpassen, da Bohnen etwas fl\u00fcssiger sind als Kichererbsen, wenn sie p\u00fcriert sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst auch nur einen Teil der Kichererbsen ersetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Datteln<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Datteln dienen in dem veganen Schoko Hummus Rezept als Zuckerersatz. Datteln stecken voller nat\u00fcrlichem Zucker und anderen wertvollen N\u00e4hrstoffen. Wenn du keine Datteln zu Hause hast oder nicht verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch auf Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker oder auch Dattelsirup zur\u00fcckgreifen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mandelmus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du m\u00f6chtest auf keine N\u00fcsse oder Mandeln zur\u00fcckgreifen, hier kannst du auch auf Sonnenblumenkernemus oder auch Tahini. Am Geschmackneutralsten schmecken allerdings Mandeln oder Cashews.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du einen Protein Nutella aus dem Schoko Hummus zaubern m\u00f6chtest, f\u00fcge etwas ger\u00f6stetetes Haselnussmus hinzu oder gebe ein paar ger\u00f6stete Haseln\u00fcsse dazu und mixe bis die N\u00fcsse cremig sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"mandelmilch\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mandelmilch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei dem Schoko Hummus kannst du auch auf andere pflanzliche Milch zur\u00fcckgreifen. Soja-, Reis- oder auch Hafermilch kannst du verwenden. Achte hier nur drauf, dass du eine unges\u00fc\u00dfte Milchalternative verwendest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"varianten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varianten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du dich nicht nur pflanzlich ern\u00e4hrst, sondern dich auch nach anderen Ern\u00e4hrungsformen richtest. Hier m\u00f6chte ich dir ein paar Alternativen aufzeigen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glutenfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Schoko Hummus ist bereits glutenfrei und muss nicht angepasst werden. Wir verwenden keine Lebensmittel, die Gluten enthalten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte zu denen auch Kichererbsen geh\u00f6ren, sind nicht unbedingt keto freundlich, da diese relativ viele Kohlenhydrate haben, auch wenn sie voller Eiwei\u00df stecken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du jetzt den Schoko Hummus in einer keto Variante zubereiten m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich dir Blumenkohl zu verwenden. Hier kannst du ca. 2 Tassen (250 ml Volumen) Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen verwenden, diese r\u00f6stest du im Backofen kurz an. Gebe dazu Kakaopulver, Vanilleextrakt, Nussmus sowie die eingeweichten Datteln.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun mixe es so lange bis eine cremige Konsistenz entstanden ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das kann etwas dauern. Gebe immer mal wieder einen Schuss Milch hinzu, bis die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz entstanden ist. Bei mir sind es ca. 3 EL Mandelmilch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Schoko-Hummus l\u00e4sst sich prima im Voraus zubereiten als Meal Prep. Dann schauen wir uns doch mal an wie du diesen aufbewahren kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00fchlschrank<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im K\u00fchlschrank kannst du den Hummus in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr ca. 7 Tage aufbewahren.
