Diese k\u00f6stliche Nudelsauce l\u00e4sst sich leicht mit gew\u00f6hnlichen Zutaten aus deiner Vorratskammer zubereiten und kann auch als fantastischer Pizzaso\u00dfe dienen. Es ist vegetarisch, milchfrei und reich an Umami-Geschmack aus rein pflanzlichen Produkten. Au\u00dferdem dauert es nur 30 Minuten, bis das Gericht auf deinem Tisch steht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wodka (Alkohol) verst\u00e4rkt den Geschmack der Tomaten in diesem veganen Penne-alla-Wodka-Rezept und macht es leicht s\u00fc\u00dflich. Obwohl der Alkoholgeschmack verschwindet, nachdem er in der Saucenkombination reduziert wurde, ist dieses Gericht nicht f\u00fcr diejenigen geeignet, die keinen Alkohol konsumieren. Nun die Zwiebel und die Knoblauchzehen hacken und in wenig Wasser anschwitzen. F\u00fcge einfach jedes Mal einen kleinen Schluck Wasser hinzu, wenn du bemerkst, dass die Pfanne braun wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Zwiebeln leicht gebr\u00e4unt sind, einen Schuss Wodka hinzugeben und bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln\/reduzieren lassen. In der Zwischenzeit kannst du die Cashews mit dem Wasser in einem Hochleistungsmixer mixen. Wer m\u00f6chte, kann die Tomaten auch mit den Cashewn\u00fcssen mischen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Cashewcreme, die Tomaten zu den Zwiebeln geben und mit Chiliflocken, Parmesan, gehackter Petersilie, Zwiebel- und Knoblauchpulver sowie frisch gemahlenem schwarzem Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sauce nochmals ca. 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen und abschmecken. Wenn dir die Sauce zu dick ist, gebe noch etwas Wasser hinzu. Wenn es dir zu fl\u00fcssig ist, lass es noch ein wenig einkochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Penne unter die Sauce heben und mit Parmesan und frischer Petersilie servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Abh\u00e4ngig von deinem Hochleistungsmixer, verwende eingeweichte Cashewn\u00fcsse f\u00fcr ein einfacheres Mixen. Ich liebe Penne-Nudeln, aber du kannst auch Linsen-Nudeln, Kichererbsen-Nudeln, Zucchini-Nudeln, glutenfreie Nudeln verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Wodka:<\/strong> Wir wissen, dass der Alkohol in Saucen nicht vollst\u00e4ndig verschwindet. So auch bei dieser Tomatensauce. Wir reduzieren den Wodka in der Pfanne, aber es bleibt immer etwas Restalkohol. Wodka hilft dem Rezept, die S\u00fc\u00dfe der Tomaten hervorzuheben und die Cremigkeit zu intensivieren. Erstens kannst du Wodka durch anderen Alkohol wie Gin und Cognac ersetzen. Verwende hier einfach einen Alkohol, der relativ geschmacksneutral ist. Wer ganz auf Alkohol in der Sauce verzichten m\u00f6chte, dem kann ich die Zugabe von Wasser und ein paar Spritzern Zitronensaft empfehlen. Ich verwende das oft, um meine cremige Wodka-Tomatensauce zuzubereiten.<\/li><li><strong>Tomatenp\u00fcree:<\/strong> Anstelle von Tomatenp\u00fcree kannst du auch eine fertige Tomatensauce mit der Wodkasauce oder passierte Tomaten, Tomatenmark mit etwas Wasser verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Cashews<\/strong>: Diese Tomaten-Sahne-So\u00dfe erh\u00e4lt ihre Cremigkeit durch eine reichhaltige Cashewcreme. Wer jetzt keine Cashews zu Hause hat oder es budgetfreundlich halten m\u00f6chte, kann auch auf rohe Sonnenblumenkerne zur\u00fcckgreifen. Dazu einfach die Sonnenblumenkerne 1:1 durch die Cashewn\u00fcsse ersetzen. Du kannst auch eine Dose Kokosmilch oder Kokoscreme verwenden, verwende einfach 1 Tasse Kokosmilch anstelle der Cashewn\u00fcsse und des Wassers. So einfach, eine milchfreie Wodkasauce mit verschiedenen Optionen zuzubereiten, und das gany ohne Sahne.<\/li><li><strong>Parmesan:<\/strong> Der Parmesan verleiht diesem einfachen Rezept f\u00fcr vegane Wodka-Sauce einen sch\u00f6nen Geschmack. Zum Aufw\u00e4rmen erhitze die Nudeln einfach bei mittlerer Hitze. Du kannst sie auch schnell in der Mikrowelle erw\u00e4rmen<\/li><li><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Du kannst diese hausgemachte Sauce auch einfrieren. Einfach portionsweise einfrieren. Ich empfehle, die Sauce getrennt von den Nudeln einzufrieren. Dort h\u00e4lt es etwa 2 Monate. Am Vorabend zum Auftauen in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. Du kannst die Sauce auch einfach einfrieren und die Nudeln sp\u00e4ter frisch kochen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"meal-prep\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><br>Meal Prep<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst diese Tomatensauce auch im Voraus zubereiten. Auch als Meal Prep geeignet. Mache die Wodka-Sauce einfach 1-2 Tage im Voraus und koche dann einfach die Nudeln. Du kannst die Wodka-Sauce auch in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Mengen zubereiten und sie dann einfach portionsweise einfrieren.
