Du musst nicht lange warten \u2013 nur 30 Minuten, bis das Abendessen serviert wird. Was sind also die geheimen Zutaten? Frischer Salbei, ger\u00f6stete Knoblauchzehen und Aquafaba (ein perfekter Ersatz f\u00fcr Butter). Mit diesen einfachen, aber geschmackvollen Zutaten kannst du im Handumdrehen eine gesunde Version der klassischen Nudeln mit gebr\u00e4unter Butter zaubern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem gibt es einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Bonus: Es eignet sich hervorragend als Sauce f\u00fcr Ravioli oder jede andere Art von Pasta. Wenn sie al dente sind, absieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit 3 Salbeizweige nehmen und die Bl\u00e4tter abzupfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt eine Zitrone reiben. Wir brauchen den Abrieb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Knoblauchzehen sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden oder feinhacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nehme eine beschichtete Pfanne und erhitze einen Essl\u00f6ffel Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche bei mittlerer Hitze. Salbeibl\u00e4tter, Zitronenabrieb und Knoblauch dazugeben und leicht br\u00e4unen lassen. Ab und zu einen Schluck Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche zugeben. Wenn der Knoblauch braun ist, f\u00fcge das Aquafaba und den Zitronensaft hinzu. Lasse es ein wenig ruhen, um den Salbeigeschmack zu entfalten. Ich liebe es, sie zuerst zu r\u00f6sten, bevor ich sie in diese Salbeisauce werfe.<\/li><li><strong>Aquafaba<\/strong>: Ich versuche immer, \u00d6l oder vegane Butter f\u00fcr eine ges\u00fcndere Version wegzulassen. Etwas Kokosmilch oder Cashewcreme hinzugeben. Du k\u00f6nntest auch Creme aus Hanfsamen oder Sonnenblumenkernen herstellen.<\/li><li><strong>Scharf:<\/strong> Du kannst diese Pasta mit einigen roten Chiliflocken w\u00fcrzig machen.<\/li><li><strong>Knuspriger Salbei<\/strong>: Streue etwas getrockneten knusprigen Salbei \u00fcber deine Spaghetti.<\/li><li><strong>Gnocchi: <\/strong>Gelangweilt von Pasta? Wenn die Nudeln etwas zu trocken sind, etwas mehr Sahne oder Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche zugeben.<\/li><li><strong>Einfrieren<\/strong>: Du kannst die Salbeinudeln in gefrierfesten Beh\u00e4ltern portionsweise einfrieren und dort etwa 2 Monate aufbewahren.
